This is a great storage spot; super helpful staff; very clean; very prompt responses to any queries; not a long walk to the storage area I have hired. We used this storage place about 15 years ago and happily came back to it.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Main receptionist helped us with everything, he made sure we knew everything from the beginning and was very professional and helpful every time we came there.

The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. It's a really well managed and run office.
The manager (I can remember his name) was so very kind and accommodating. He also speaks to his staff with the utmost respect and courtesy. Was nice to see.

Good until a massive price increase at Xmas time
They were helpful with arranging the unit, I had it for 6 months and I've just accessed it a couple of times with no problem. It closes at 5:30pm and on Sundays. Now they have put up the rent by 23% right between Christmas and New Year with only 28 days notice. This is opportunistic and not customer-focussed. I will be looking for a more competitively priced unit with 7 day 24 hour access.
