Cathy Wheeler, the Store Manager has been absolutely wonderful, easy to deal with plus her understanding of our situation. I have been a previous customer of Storage King and I can honestly say they are my preference. The security is reassuring and the access to the building is easy and is all undercover. Lots of space to unload and load making it so much easier especially if the weather is lousy.

The customer service from the young lady in the office was excellent.
She explained the sizes of the different cages, asked questions to see how many boxes and other things I had as I had no idea what I would need, and explained how to manage the size that she chose for me. The way she handled everything was exemplary. It was all smooth sailing from there. The size turned out to be perfect and the price was manageable as I am a pensioner. I also like the fact that I can go there any time of day and night. I would recommend Storage King to anyone.

Excellent service and polite and kind staff. With the high humidity and the rental crisis on the Gold Coast, I was unsure of how long I would need storage, but took comfort in having a temperature controlled unit. Being right next to the lift was an absolute bonus. Can't recommend highly enough.
