My moving experience was definitely one for the books! We moved our entire home hit to unload the Uhaul right back into our original home we had packed up merely hours before. The new home had too many issues to begin to disclose on here (and for all those inquiring minds...yes I looked at the house prior to uprooting us & yes I’m aware all of this could’ve been avoided. Thank you very much!) bottom line is at the end of the day spur of the moment i needed a storage unit quick & affordable. From the lady in customer service who made me feel like I wasn’t the first idiot to do something so ridiculous to my new friend Angela (man I hope I got her name right 🤷🏼‍♀️) on site that called immediately to make sure all went smoothly. When we arrived with a 26ft Uhaul packed full of our life...hot, sweaty, aggravated & I’m sure a bit stinky she had a goodie bag already put together with cold waters, magnets, pens. On top of all that, I got a storage twice the size of the one I had elsewhere (part of the reason I was excited about the new home. More space!) for a few dollars LESS! Thanks y’all!

great place to keep you valuble items . knowledgable staff . My only complaint is the limited access houra for the location. only open till 6 pm. thats a big fail other than that no complaints

The office crew are very helpful. Truck was available. The facility is pleasant and very clean. I like the private loading/docking station where I can drive my car right in front of my storage unit. I rent for a long term. It works for me.

I tried contacting 4 other storage businesses before contacting Storage King USA. The offices were closed on every one & I phoned each one & left messages - I did not receive a return call until 3 days later. I made 1 call to Storage King & BAM! Problem solved. The lady in the office was friendly, efficient & speedy. I’m 100% satisfied! The units are easily accessible, clean & secure. Couldn’t ask for more!
