RoboVault is an amazing place, from the friendliness of the staff, to the clean bathroom to use, the free cold water, the TRUCK to move in stuff for free ... there are so many positive things that makes RoboVault so unique and so much better than any other storage facility. Prices are not higher than competitors. I was on a budget and RoboVault came with a better rate for 6 months out of 2 other facilities in the area.

Storage King took over the RoboVault facility with which we have maintained a storage space for years. In the process, their billing ran afoul of our autopay credit card and they never bothered to let us know by email that there was a problem. Instead, they started adding late fees. The email they sent to announce the takeover falsely claimed you could manage your account online on their website, but there is no such feature. You have to actually call in and speak with the very rude and inflexible manager on site. We called them to fix autopay as soon as we found out, but the manager refused to waive a measly $10 in late fees even though we were re-establishing autopay. All they care about is getting your money. If you want respectful, customer-friendly service, or a modern online self-service, go elsewhere!
