Popped into store 114 yesterday for some parts for my son’s bike. Ashley was super helpful and had everything I wanted in stock. Highly recommend store 114.

Ordered a mx kit for my sons birthday on Sunday, paid for 2 day delivery and now on Wednesday still no Confirmation on when it will be dispatched. Emailed 3 times and still no answer. Very disappointed at the moment.

Had a great deal on a Troy Lee SE5 Carbon. I message Jordan at store 114 enquiring if the helmet was in stock, he told me it was not in stock, but he could order direct from Troy Lee UK, this was on a Friday and on the following Wednesday to delivered it to me. One very happy Customer, I would not hesitate to order from again.

Placed the order and paid on the 16th of Feb, 3 weeks later still haven't received it ( website states 1-2 day dispatch). I sent 2 messages and email with no response. Very frustrating, do not buy from this company.

Although my order was alittle late
Although my order was alittle late, and not completely right, customer service went over and above to make sure we had 2x full kits for my son’s 1st race of the season this weekend.
appreciated massively.
Will be using these again in the future but will give myself a little more time incase of any delays.
