Glacial delivery times
Ordered something then told that it wasn't in stock and had to pick another colour.
Then the items weren't dispatched for nearly a week, got in contact and they blamed it on the easter holidays. Then I checked the next day and still not despatched so I asked for the order cancelled. They ignored me, despatched the items and they finally turned up. But too late for what I needed them for at the time.
I still need the items so I'm keeping them, but wouldn't use again.
Good item, few troubles with delivery
We ordered a chest protector on 7 April and it stated delivery would be 11 April, but it didn't arrive. I emailed on 12 April to chase with no reply, again on 14 April when I was informed they would investigate and revert. I emailed again twice on 15 April for an update and still have no response or idea when, or if, this will be delivered.
They have since been in touch and delivered the item in another colour.
Great Customer Service
We had an issue with a Helmet sent, factory issue. We had a pleasant experience in sending back and getting a replacement with my boy loves.
Due to an error on the website
Due to an error on the website, one of the products could not be delivered the next day as expected. I was informed immediately, and the customer service was excellent. They kept me updated on the order status and quickly offered another product to replace the one originally ordered, ensuring the delivery could still be made on time.
Definitely recommend.
I ordered a multiple item order of 4…
I ordered a multiple item order of 4 products…. Paying for priority shipping on the Tuesday morning with a 1-3 working day lead time…. No order updates on the terrible excuse or an app they use for there shipping service.
Then to email get one reply of “sorry we’re very busy as you can imagine with it being the start of mx season”
Stops replying to my emails to then ring the the following Monday with still not receiving the order, then ring them to be told they haven’t got the googles in stock as the had a stock count error….. so they’ve not bothered to send a single parcel and it’s still sat in there warehouse!!!!
Best they could do was refund for the express shipping
AVOID THERE EXPRESS SHIPPING

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service and very short sighted decision making. Ordered item online Tuesday 10th as it was shown in stock on their website. Zero communication other than an automated receipt of payment taken, no goods arrived. I chased on email Tuesday 17th,no reply until Thurs 19th at which point all I was told is 'sorry item on back order' no other effort made to reach out or offer alternative etc. I rang them Thurs AM at which point I was again told out of stock and that usually 1 or 2 weeks when items are on back order, no firm date or even confirmation of when the back order request was placed and therefore when the 1-2 week countdown starts. Had to make the suggestion myself that maybe they had the same part but in a different colour, which they said yes they do, I said great get me those sent out today so they arrive to me Friday as I need them fitted to use on my bike on Saturday. Got told they couldn't do that as the parts in stock were in their other warehouse and the van had already been there once today, so earliest they would be able to get them to me was Saturday (too late for me). I said well if you don't think the short drive to get the parts from your warehouse and post them out today (which you definitely could do if you wanted to) then get them tomorrow but send them on a same day service, failing that I'd settle for a partial refund as gesture of good will and delivery on Saturday. They declined to do either and instead I have requested a full refund. Such low IQ short sighted decision making, don't give them your money they clearly don't care. They messed up with their stock levels on their website followed by zero communication, I gave them ample time and offered multiple solutions to solve / make up for their mistakes and they didn't. Won't buy from them again and suggest you don't either.

Great customer service. I had a question about a product I wanted to order and they got back to me with an answer quickly.
Avoid
Purchased a pair of Gaerne on 30/01/26 which were in stock at time of purchase. 05/02 had no not received item or email of dispatch so contacted Dirt Store and they advise they will investigate and get straight back (no reply) Contacted them again several times and they then advised they were waiting for there warehouse team to investigate. Cancelled order on 10/02. Please avoid at all cost, money laundering business i assume.

Shocking!!!
Shocking!
Ordered close to £500 worth of items!
Over a week went past with no email to say my order had been sent.
Phoned Dirt Store to ask what’s going on, the chap on the phone made out like I had a the problem as I was chasing my order. He told me my order would be sent that day or the next.
Well this never happened but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Another week goes by and still not contact, so I phoned them back up and cancelled my order, they didn’t even question why.
Never will I ever place another order with this company.

What a terrible experience uk's favourite yeah right!!! from the outside, they look like a big company, but in reality, it seems not nearly impossible to get hold of anyone in customer service. Does anyone actually work here? say they are a one-stop shop i don't think so had loads of mates who say the same thing. im not the best at using websites and like to phone a company who want to take my money and help advise with purchasing. Returns seem a bit poor as well have to request to send somthing back
First and last time ordering from Dirt…
First and last time ordering from Dirt Store, ordered a kit in the sale but was too big, wouldn’t let me exchange so would have to reorder and pay the full price of kit which is £200 when i only payed £150 originally. Anywhere else would price match the original purchase price but not dirtstore. So disappointed

Ordered Wednesday came Thursday plus £20.00 cheaper than anywhere else
Totally let down by this lot
Totally let down by this lot, shows stock, take money, refunds 4 days later. Missed the weekend on bikes. Never again.
