Great company. Great product.
Both of my orders were delivered very quickly and communication from the company was first class. I received a same day reply to my e mail enquiry and an issue I had met was instantly resolved. Impressive.
The coffee was very well packaged and arrived undamaged. The coffee itself is quite different to my usual beans in both colour and taste, but I have really enjoyed the change. No hesitation therefore in recommending both the company and the product.

Great coffee and great service.
An example is when I got a phone call checking that I had meant to have my coffee ground when I normally don't. I had made a mistake and it was picked and corrected.

Delicious coffee
Delicious coffee, got the latin espresso beans. Perfect crema and lovely taste. Had a delivery would fall on new years and they kindly followed up to check if would want earlier. Quick despatch and delivery too. Was shopping around to find my favourite fairtrade ethical espresso cup and have finally found it.

This is a great company to deal with.
I subscribe to their coffee beans and have three bags delivered every two months. They have a wide range on offer and I wanted to try them all ideally until I find the ones that suit my taste. So I have to alter my choice every two months. Their Customer Support could not better, indeed I feel they are really keen to satisfy my curiosity. They even arranged for one of their very knowledgeable team to ring me and discuss my brewing methods so they can advise on my best choices.
What a great local company with customers at their heart.
