This is my second review of Cafeology, although I actually subscribe to their Roastology retail store. I'm writing again because of the beyond outstanding customer service provided last week by Vicky and Lizzie. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, extraordinarily helpful and completely effective. They certainly weren't going to let me run out of coffee even though it was down to me. If you could give them 10 stars I would!

I am relatively close to them but latest delivery amazed me,realised my supply was low ordered mid-morning arrived late afternoon same day,very courteous staff plus few complimentary biscuits.
Bar set very high for improvement.

from factory to home
I placed my order in and very swiftly it arrived at my home very quickly with great updates on the journey from factory to home. The products were well packaged with no damages and even a little surprise inside which I won't shout about as it's a surprise. Great company, service and coffee.

Cooling Towers Coffee Beans
Really great tasting coffee and unquestionably premium fresh bean. I use a Sage Oracle bean to cup and my Cooling Towers beans have the grind level at 25. ( cheap coffee is 8) The higher the number the better the quality. A lovely crema and beautiful flavour. Easy to order and prompt delivery. Highly recommended
