Great service and great tasting coffee
Easy to order online with good descriptions of the products. Rapid and efficient shipping. The coffee tastes great. Having tried several blends, we settled for the Supernova Blend for a mocha pot coffee maker. This coffee has a lovely rich smell and a background chocolatey flavour that is a delicious way to wake up and kick-start the day. Will definitely buy this again at the very reasonable price.

Delivery was excellent
Corrected my order error. This time i didn’t see a roast date just a best before date, and one of the three coffees had expiration jan26 delivery 28/2/25. (Edit :- I now see the L2 and the six digits following ,, , all dates 1- 3 weeks which I believe is the sweet spot ,, ,), like them to be roasted in the last two weeks ? Ethiopian fresh and tasty as ever.

Thankyou for your great review, glad we could help. I have spoken to our Roasters who have advised that the roast date is the batch code on the bag starting L2..... Our roast to delivery date is always as short as possible with different blends having different resting periods to ensure optimum taste so we do try to ensure delivery as soon as possible. However, as long as the coffee, once opened is stored in an air tight container and away from direct sunlight, it is usable for between 6 months to a year. I have fedback to our Roasters that you enjoy the Ethiopian coffee too.

Cafeology have restored my faith in…
Cafeology have restored my faith in what true customer service is about. I had an unusual introduction to Cafeology, in that I had coffee in a restaurant and I was so surprised and delighted wit the taste that I asked the waiter for the details of their supplier.
I then contacted Cafeology, who explained that the actual blend for that restaurant was somewhat bespoke, but they emailed me the following day with best recommendations.
This was such a wonderful customer service that I ordered coffee immediately, and the coffee lived up to the overall experience.
Thank you to the team at cafeology for being about more than just coffee.

Amazing Service
Always a great service, and this time particularly very impressed. Order midday Friday, arrived midday Sunday and loved the little touch of a caramel shortcake in the box as a surprise. Keep up the great work!

Excellent experiences, fantastic coffee.
Collect in person is always an excellent experience. Friendly staff and prompt order turnaround within 24 hours when I order during the week.
The website is straightforward, and I appreciate the description of each coffee and the roasting scale and three word flavour descriptions. It's very helpful in finding a roast to suit your tastes and narrow your selection when choosing.
The roasts are so well done that even the darker roasts can be appreciated and never taste burnt or overdone if you take a little care with your brew. It's just great!
