Thankyou for your review. You have never been charged delivery on previous orders as they were always over the £20 cut off. I have tried to call today but we only have a landline of file for you as we are never happy when our customers aren't and I just wanted to give some feedback. I have enquired with our IT team to see if we can make the Free Delivery on orders over £20 banner more obvious and also the prompt in the order "basket" so it can't be missed, making the choice to pay carriage or not clearer. I have refunded your delivery charge though for this order and am happy to have a chat about how this can be avoided in the future many thanks Lizzie

Great tasting coffee
Great tasting coffee, I’d highly recommend the Christmas blend!
Be sure to order the minimum amount for free postage though, it’s around the same cost as another 25g bag.

Placed 2 orders within minutes of each other, and was contacted to see if this was a duplicate & if not, did I want them shipped together. Good to know that you are dealing with real people & not just a big organisation.

Outstanding Customer Service
Coffee is great but what I want to highlight is the customer service. DPD failed to deliver the coffee to the right address. I emailed Cafeology that I was chasing-up DPD. Lizzie phoned me to let me know they would chase-up DPD on my behalf and had replacement coffee ready to despatch. Fortunately the coffee was tracked down so replacement not needed. In this age of online shopping, nobody phones you to sort out a problem 🙂
