Can’t thank Easy Living Mobilty (Brierley Hill) enough for all their help in finding the right power chair for my son at the price he could afford . Matt was amazing. He had the chair sorted and delivered within a week . Andy who delivered the chair for a home demo answered all our questions and adjusted the chair for a comfortable fit. My son is very happy with his new (second hand) chair . Thank you Matt and Andy .

Excellant service and a fantastic scooter at a sensible price. Engineer explained everything in layman's terms and that made them easy to understand.

Hired electric wheelchair for long weekend with family, able to join in
with walks,sightseeing, visiting restaurants.
Returning wheelchair noticed walker (ravello) in store John offered use to walk try it out around Lichfield. On returning to store so happy to not walk with stick able to stand-up straight. John had one available in stockroom. John assured me would fit in my Fiat boot & it does very light to lift in to boot. Gained independence able to go out, bag on front of walker makes shopping easier. Can't Thank John enough. Annie & Jeff

Great experience from start to finish. Excellent service and advice when we visited the shop and when the chairs were delivered, Lawrence and Macauley were great. Very quick, very helpful and even offered to help with our old sofa. Great service all round

Phoned Easy living Mobility today regarding the purchase of an electric wheelchair I spoke to a great bloke called Christian, he was extremely knowledgeable about the product I was interested in and did everything in his power to get me the best deal on my wheelchair.
Had my electric wheelchair delivered today by a lovely man called Lawrence, he was extremely polite, well mannered and helpful explaining how everything worked on my wheelchair right down to the folding and opening. Would definitely buy from here again.

I had a very good experience and advice from Mark at the living mobility on the wharf in walsall regarding a rise and recliner chair for my mum.He advised me to have a petite chair for her ,hadn't got one in store,so gave me the details and I rang the main number and had a chat to Christian who was also very helpful and informative and I purchased the opulent rise and recliner chair .,could not fault all the help and advice I recieved. Highly recommend this company.

Being a customer of easy living mobility for 3 years so far just gave back my first chair and took delivery of my 2nd powerchair the quickie q500m really decent company get my chairs on lease through pip Phil the engineer is fantastic the ladies on the phone are amazing and callum 2hd time I've met him was brilliant

We went to your shop in Wellington looking for a new mobility scooter. Ross the manager was so helpful and patient! My husband tried 4 mobility scooters to see if they would fit in our WAV and must have been there for at least an hour if not longer. Ross had so many other customers but never once lost his smile and helpful manner.

A very Big thankyou to the Manager John at the Lichfield shop. We received outstanding service from him when we went to purchase a power chair for my husband. John was so caring, kind and patient. He went above and beyond to provide the expertise, time and such caring ways to make sure my husband was happy with his chair.
Also a very big thank you to Lawrence who delivered the power chair. Lawrence also showed exactly the same level of care, patience and time to us. He also went above and beyond.
Nothing was too much trouble for both John and Lawrence to which we are both so very grateful.

The showroom experience was good.
We had to chase the shop for delivery updates. Delivery was achieved in about two weeks.
