Smooth delivery and the guy even took it to the bottom of the garden for us. The stove looks fabulous, has really large glass panels so the flames mesmerise you. When up to speed it really knocks out a good heat without too many logs, the stoves flu does a good job of keeping the smoke away and you didn’t come away smelling like a bonfire. First tested early spring when outside temp was 5 degrees, needed a blanket on my back but my front was toasty! Will be wonderful in late spring summer and early autumn! This was a big investment but is the real deal and if like me you love a fire this will last for many years.
Only gripe-I wouldn’t bother with the dampner it didn’t seem to work and instead smoke came out around the glass.

We love our new stove! It has been such an epic upgrade in our house. The stove is beautiful and is so efficient compared to the old stove that it replaced. It has a massive glass door which allows us to be mesmerised by the dancing flames. The stove came in a kit which was incredible value for money compared to others I found online. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. Fast response to enquiry and sent a picture of my stove as I'd got the product number wrong. Bricks arrive two days later and now it looks as good as new. Ready for the next season.
