I have waited patiently since March 25…

I have waited patiently since March 25 for my order & Still Nothing!! I have sent several email with only one reply since then? I would like a full refund this includes the £7.95 “special delivery” (special what a joke) to get to me quicker!! Enough is enough! Still NO item shocking customer support just a generic email that nobody follows up!! AVOID save your money go elsewhere!

Good Afternoon Chris,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear how frustrated you feel about your experience. We did send an email a few days after your order was placed to update you, as the item you selected was unfortunately out of stock at the time. The product page did advise “call for availability,” as we did not have a confirmed lead time from the supplier due to a distributor change with Traeger. In that update, we explained the situation and provided the option to either wait for new stock to arrive or receive a full refund. We also responded to your most recent email a couple of weeks ago to follow up on this and again offered those same options. We do genuinely try to keep our customers informed and supported, so I’m sorry this hasn’t come across in your experience. As requested, your full refund, including delivery, has now been processed this morning.

A visit to Bells

We visited Bells after a really disappointing kitchen appointment elsewhere. We had the most uplifting experience from the moment we walked in! Everyone said good afternoon with friendliness no pressure. We walked in and saw a kitchen that made us feel how you should when making such a big purchase!! It was an ex display kitchen, not something we even realised you could purchase.
We cannot thank Claire Hunt enough her helpfulness, expertise, problem solving, making it work and going generally going above and beyond to help us. You are AMAZING 🤩
We made several visits to Bells had a coffee, shopped cards, art to match our new kitchen ofcourse!
In each visit we were greeted in such a friendly manner by all the staff there. It is a truly lovely shopping experience from a card to a kitchen purchase, we highly recommend ⭐️

The fire is great, service is fab

The fire is great. The service and delivery from Bell was very good. I can’t stand companies that don’t deliver on their promises. Easy to navigate around the site and delivery was prompt. Would use them again. Thanks

Good place to buy but their delivery…

Good place to buy but their delivery restrictions made it very awkward. Originally insisted someone had to be in to accept the delivery and said there would be a charge if we were not there to take it. I phoned and explained we would likely be out during the day so I said that maybe I should just cancel the order - told there would be a charge despite have no more than a general idea when it would be delivered so could hardly stay in all day. They then said it could be left at the property if I emailed to say I would accept responsibility for it (I have lots delivered without me be here!! I emailed accordingly. The next day they arrived when i was out and did not leave the parcel - very frustrating. Call Bell and they eventually arranged for a delivery later in the day. So all ended well. However, a very frustrating process and I would not have ordered from them if I knew they were so restrictive.
