Unconscionable refund policy

Terrible products, unconscionable refund/replacement policy. If I could give this company zero stars I would.

I purchased a set of OsseoWave bone conduction headphones just prior to Christmas last year. Paid over $110. They seemed to have good reviews, looked as if they been reviewed independently as well and seemed a good thing (this also is now looking like there are scam review sites out there nmasquerading as independent reviews). There is no reference to this company on the OsseoWave site either.

Less than three months later, the headphones stopped working.

Did some trouble shooting research and realised that not only were the headphones just rebranded headphones you can buy for less than $20 (so just a low life scam anyway), when they stopped working, they said 'too bad, so sad, if troubleshooting doesn't work, 30 days is our refund policy so we're not going to replace or refund.'

I feel that 30 days does not constitute reasonable time to provide a repair or replacement should an item of that value stop working, and that it contradicts Australian consumer rights and guarantees.

Update: I replied and said that's not ok, but their final email response has not changed. No refund/replacement etc. just a 'you'll have to place another order'. Yeah right. As if.

Crooked commerce

I guess I've joined this long, unfortunate conga line. Ordered 3 IonClear air ionizers. Not sure if they do anything but emit a blue light and ozone. I should've done more research. After reading the other reviews here I opted to cut to the chase and get my pathetic 30% discount, skipping the bs and shipping/stocking charge. Time will tell if that actually shows up. This emptor didn't caveat properly. Straight Commerce, now there's some ironic branding for you.

Do not recommend.

I have read the reviews below and only wish I had read them before purchasing. Their product does not work as advertised and then they did all the things mentioned below regarding the discount offers. I did not want to keep them. They did not work. Finally got them to provide info to send back. They have yet to reimburse me. After well over a month. Do not recommend.

Buyer Beward - Be cautious when you buy from this company

I bought 3 supposed tv antenna's and the picture appears to show a tower that would sit in the floor something like you would get with a cable company - I got them and they were just cords with a small 3 inch plastic piece in the middle - nothing like what was pictured - I returned them and verified they received them but never received any acknowledgment or a refund - I called them and they told me I had to prove I returned the product but by then I no longer had the tracking # - they either don't log the returns or just use that as an excuse to keep your money - now I will have to go to my bank to see if I can get my money back - please do not buy from this company of if you do keep your receipt until you get your refund

Fraudulent Company stay well clear
I purchased afoot massager for £62 once they had added a sales tax and a delivery charge
The exact same item can be purchased from Amazon for anything from £7.99 to £19.99 and is even advertised on Vinted "new with tags" for £2.99
After making a complaint they offered me a £19 refund but declined there offer and will be taking the matter further

This is a terrible company and they are…

This is a terrible company and they are fraudsters. I bought a large humidifier online and when I got it in the mail, it was the size of a coffee cup. They charged me $79 for that which was false advertisement and a marketing scam. And then they charge me $20 for shipping and handling And it probably cost three dollars to ship. I told them I wanted a refund for everything and they’re being uncooperative. I’m going to contact my bank.

I purchased 4 antennas

I purchased 4 antennas. When I received them I found that they didn't work. I asked for a full refund and shipping instructions. They offered me a 20% and when I refused that and restated my demands they offered me a 30% refund. I refused that and they told me there would be a $5 restocking fee and $17.95 for shipping . I'm willing to forfeit my refund to send the antennas to some one who would like to see what is actually in these so called "antennas".

After purchasing 3 antennas from them I found they did not work. I was first offered a 20% discount, then a 30% discount. When I refused both I was told to return the antenna's at my expense, and I would also be charged a $5.00 restock fee and an additional $15.95 for shipping. Nothing on their site outlines these fees, just loose wording. To make it worse when I tried to review the case it was closed and could not be reviewed, even though they sent me the email asking for my review. Bad company.

My package has not arrived its been 13 days, i contacted the seller the agent said it would be there on 10/1 it never arrived and now iam having trouble contacting them will not buy from them again.

I purchased 3 digital TV antenna’s and they did not. They were also cheap and flimsy. I requested a refund via email per their return policy. I received an email offering a 20% refund and I can keep the antennas. I decline the offer and received another email offering me a 30%. I declined that offer & request for a 3rd a refund. I finally received an email providing the return address. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! VERY SCAMMY!!!

Difficult to return cheap TV antennas-DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I purchased 2 TV antenna’s and neither one of them works. I requested a refund via email. I received an email offering a 20% refund and I can keep the antennas. I decline the offer and received another email offering me a 30%. I declined that offer & request for a 3rd a refund. The antennas were not cheap and they’re cheaply made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Antenna didn't work. I tried to return it...After awhile I got notice of my complaint offering me a 20% refund. Thank God we had PayPal that took care of it. It was expensive. Check reviews

Bad sales and service will never order again

I call because I was looking at two antennas online. When I clicked on one antenna, they both were checked. I hit cancel on one, and the other one was ordered. I did receive the antenna I ordered. A few days later, I received an email that my 3 antennas were getting ready to ship. I called the phone number on the email and spoke to a rep that I did not order these and wanted to cancel this order before it shipped. She told me that the order had not shipped, but was at the warehouse, and she could not cancel the order. She told me I would have to receive the order and then return them.

I ordered a blood glucose monitor and got a pulse monitor and I had to wait about 2 or 3 weeks for delivery and the day it was supposed to be delivered it was 4 days later before I received the wrong device I would give you a 0 star because I feel as though this is a scam

The label was not created till Aug 12. I asked on Aug 10 to change the order. You told me on the 11th that it has been shipped already and you couldn't change the order. That was a lie because the shipping label wasn't created until Aug 12. Cancel my order and refund my money ASAP.

The reply still doesn't take responsible for the lie they told me.

False Advertising!!!

I would leave zero stars if I could. This is just another one of the many reviews on here about the misleading ads for the blood glucose monitor. I wish I had checked here before purchasing this product.This is a straight up scam and false advertising. Do not do business with this company!

Scam. Don't waste your money

This company is running a scam and preying on diabetics. They sell a product called BloodVitals and imply that it measures blood sugar. The website says "pain free" and "no skin pricking" and posts reviews of people saying they use it to monitor their diabetes. What comes in the mail ($55 later) is a cheap pulse oximeter that you could buy elsewhere for less than $10.

When you request a return and refund they first claim to offer a 20% refund, then a 30% refund without returning the product.

From reading other reviews, it appears that there will never be any refund whether the product is returned or not.

They will then respond to this review with a false claim of help.

Learn from my mistake of doing business with this company and stay far away from them.

Unethical, false advertising company

I e mailed customer service about it and the response was that they could see how I misunderstood its functions and offered a goodwill refund of 20%. I replied with a screenshot of the ad stating clearly it checked glucose levels and they upped the offer to 30%. Avoid this unethical, false advertising company at all costs.

They advertise "glucose" monitoring then ship a oxygen and pulse meter.

They advertise "glucose" monitoring device. "no invasive" No needles" then they mail to you a simple oxygen and pulse meter. Then if one complaines they offer one 20% off to keep the product. This is a classic bait and switch sceme. Since no oxygen and pulse metter are invasive anyways. Luckily for me I got a full refound via Paypal. But I did not need the agrevasion. So buyers beware its a scam.
