Great products but unreliable courier
I've ordered 40/50 offset spacers before, unfortunately on this occasion even though I paid approximately £15 for next day delivery, the courier did not turn up for over 2 days. Let down I had to improvise with something else on site. A full refund was issued which was appreciated.

Hi There Lee, Thank you for the feedback and we are sorry you didnt receive your spacers on the next day service.
We must mention we use a 3rd party delivery service so unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any delivery service.
You will be able to see from the tracking we dispatched the goods on the requested service.
As you can image anything can happen on route which may cause delays or a change of date for the delivery.
Again very sorry for this and as you mentioned we fully refunded the order.
