Congratulations ... when an unexpected issue arose regarding the availability and dispatch of the entire order, Dortech advised of the problem and explained what immediate action they were taking to speedily resolve and rectify the issue. The outstanding item was received express delivery one day later than the remainder of the order. Service indeed. Well done.

Great steering wheel lock
I was recommended this product as the best of the best when i was searching for a steering wheel lock and other security items for my first ever campervan. I'd invested a lot of time and effort into this new venture that I wanted something good, quality to protect this asset. Although pricey, the product is of excellent quality, well made and the process of dealing with the company was easy and seamless. The lock arrived over the weekend while I was away and I have today used it on my new van. I'm please with how easy it is to operate,how good and sturdy it looks and feels and the overall product.
