Chris Taylor dealt with my ‘straights uk’ package - he patiently and clearly took me through the entire process. He was more than happy to answer any questions and always replied promptly. It was a hassle free process with the customer service from Chris most definitely why I decided to go with Straights UK. I’m looking forward to my new smile once the treatment is finished.

Mo was fantastic on the phone today with Straights. He reassured me throughout the whole process and explained everything clearly. He has a lovely manner on the phone and is genuinely friendly and approachable. I’ve spoken to quite a few people in the selling a dental package, and he is by far the nicest person I’ve dealt with. I've just had a great initial consultation with Max W. from Straights and I couldn't be happier! Max is super knowledgeable about all of their products, services and partner clinics, he's super friendly and has had the answers to all my questions. It's been great to have so much reassurance and a laugh in a consultation like this. He's handled all of the necessary parts of the consultation really quickly and professionally and even has made the extra effort to call the loan company to expedite the payment process. He's explained every single part of the process so clearly, shared his own experience with Straights with me, reassured me that I will be looked after the straightening process the entire time and got me so excited to go through with the treatment. That's what I call a fantastic customer service and I can't wait to get my pearly whites the care I've been looking for!

Well what can I say — the staff at Straights are amazing and so helpful. Mo and the sales team did everything they could to help me get my perfect smile at an affordable price. Their customer service has been excellent from start to finish, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Straights to anyone looking to straighten their teeth.

On my second week of straights

First week was hard as it’s quite painful to take them in and out didn’t think I would make it to the end of the week but after a few days it’s gets easier.

Put my second tray out of 12 in today it was so much better

I was given an option from two dentist close to me were I had all me teeth checked and my 3d. Scanning then went back for my attachments fitted and my first set of aligners

I have a WhatsApp number I can contact anytime with any questions and we’re they can just check in with me to see how I’m doing. I really appreciate this side of straights there’s someone to answer any questions I have.

Originally thought my teeth was going to take 4-6 months however it’s just going to be 3 months.

Other aligned providers was going to take a lot longer to straighten my teeth as there quite crossed at the front so I was really happy to find straights.

Only problem i could pick it the price we agreed on was based on my teeth taking 4-6 months based on my teeth being moderate meaning more aligners so the price was higher understandable. However it’s now a 12 weeks plan meaning less aligners and the price is still the same it dint go down with me needing less aligners.

So I would advise before you sign your last agreement to say your happy with your smile plan if your like me and needing less then originally thought ask about the price and if there’s a decrease in it before you sign,

That being said I am happy with the quality of them and they are still clear no discolouring

Really easy i saw the advert, put a few simply details in. 5 mins later i had a phone call from Max asking me about my goals, booked a free consultation over zoom which was very relaxed, really clear and assured me of how the plan was going to work. couldn’t fault it at all. on the path to straight teeth again!

The reason for my 3 stars is because I received a call from the dentist on 2nd April advising that my Invisaligns had arrived; however, the next available appointment for fitting was 22nd April. I explained that I wasn’t happy with this, as it meant waiting three weeks. I was then offered 20th April and told this was the earliest possible appointment.

This feels quite unfair given the delay, and unfortunately I had a holiday planned for mid-April which I’ve now had to postpone because of this situation. Although I’ve been added to the cancellation list, it seems likely that the 20th April appointment will still stand.

That said, I do want to highlight that Max has been really helpful, and Renee has gone above and beyond throughout - it’s just disappointing that securing an appointment has taken nearly three weeks.

I haven’t had my treatment yet but I’m so excited! My experience so far has been great, everyone I have dealt with has been super informative, really polite and helpful and made me feel so at ease! Any questions I’ve had have been answered and the team have so far been nothing but helpful!

Saf provided really good service, answered all my questions very clearly and sorted a small issue with dates for me swiftly.

I spoke with both Max and Renee to get my journey started.
Both were so easy to speak to, yet extremely professional.
They both were very clear with the process and knowledgeable.
Before booking my online appointment I used Gemini AI / Chat GTP to compare them to some other companies and they came up as the best option for me.
And in terms of customer communication they have been amazing and so reassuring which helps when making an investment like this. I hope to update my review during the process. But in the meantime if your considering this company I say do it, I've looked at a few even some well known companies and I felt most comfortable with this one. The website is really clear, the initial consultation process and after sales has assured me I'm in good hands as well as full transparency around costs and al that is included. Definitely a top tier choice.
