Titanium Apple Watch strap
The strap finally arrived after 3 weeks. This item clearly was not in stock as indicated on your website, it was clearly ordered from a third party once I ordered it.
If I had realised that this was the case I would have never ordered the strap.
Also now it has arrived it looks good from a distance but I’m not confident it will last the test of time as its quality is questionable, clearly a cheap chinese strap. I’m not really confident using it as I fear it will break and I’ll loose my £800 watch.
I’ve decided not to return as I’m sure the returns policy will be more hassle than it’s worth and I’ve put it down to experience.
I won’t be ordering again.

Strap turned up 7 days late and the quality is terrible
The catch doesn’t work and the fit on the wrist is awful.
Obviously a Chinese product at UK prices.
Save your money and buy a decent brand.

19 days for delivery
19 days for delivery, more like an alloy than titanium. The clasp/ fastening mechanism is also not flush with the rest of the strap when fastened. Certainly not the quality I was expecting.

I ordered 3 straps, but did not recieve anything. I complained and got all my money back. So they can be thrusted!!

Quality was disappointing and the same product can be bought for a fraction of the price on Amazon or from Aliexpress. They pretend to be a UK seller but they’re just a drop shipper from China.

Terrible product.
The Strap took ages to arrive, and lasted less than 2 months. I put my hand in my pocket, and the strap broke. Terrible product. Overpriced and badly made.

Absolute garbage

Strap Upgrade
Bought a new strap for my Apple Watch Series 10 in orange and it looks amazing. Made from silicone it feels comfortable and looks great. Fits well too. Delivery was good and I was spoilt for choice on colours. I went for orange. As for the price, I personally think it was worth the money.

avoid the magnetic straps
Ordered 3 straps. The ones with buckles are good, but I ordered one with a magnetic strap - it was so poorly secured that it would loosen during exercise, and after having it on for one day, it flew off my wrist when I took my jumper off and my watch smashed, meaning I had to buy a new one.
Avoid the magnetic straps until they can improve their design.
They did, however, make a real personal effort to try and compensate, including offering me a full refund. Their customer service has been redeeming so I wouldn’t write the whole company off, just the one style.

Chucked in a box and sent on its way
Strap was chucked in box and sent on its way it had been shaking around in transit and scratched its self on the clasp which is clearly visible looks like I bought it second hand. Will not buy again from strapology

Short lived strap.
I’ve had the strap since October 2024, initially very satisfied with the appearance and comfort until recently when part of the edge came apart exposing the magnets which are in danger of falling out. Cannot wear it anymore.

These straps are useless
These straps are useless. I ordered a two colour one. The colours merged and spread into each other. The other strap was far shorter than advertised. When I contacted the company. The infamous Laura replied saying that this happens and they were better quality than Apple. Avoid at all costs these are cheap Chinese ones with poor quality and awful customer service

Upon receiving your straps, you expressed dissatisfaction, and we immediately offered a full refund or replacement. While the straps are not defective — the colour variation is part of the design, as stated on the product page — we still issued a prepaid return label as a goodwill gesture, which is not standard for non-defective items. The size discrepancy mentioned is within the margin of flexibility once the strap is attached and worn.
We take quality control and customer satisfaction seriously, and all our products are covered by a 12-month warranty. While we respect your opinion, your claim that we provide "cheap Chinese" products and "awful customer service" does not reflect the efforts we’ve made to assist you throughout this process.
