Quite poor quality for the price. It took ages to arrive (I’m in the UK), and within a couple of months, the strap has Discoloured really badly and the clasp regularly comes apart leading to our new... Voir plus

Ordered 3 straps. The ones with buckles are good, but I ordered one with a magnetic strap - it was so poorly secured that it would loosen during exercise, and after having it on for one day, it flew... Voir plus

This is now the 3rd review I’ve left appears that one has been removed?
this entire experience has been shocking customer service are useless don’t respond to a thing had 2 emails back throughout this entire duration 1 asking if I’d be happy with a 15 pound refund after being sent a strap with no instructions just the product and the band is all scratched and the other email was for me to adjust my review which conveniently has now disappeared after me telling lady named Laura I will not be removing it not happy at all want a response and a refund been more than kind and I’m over it been an ongoing thing for 2 weeks it’s beyond a joke should of went to Apple instead atleast they value there customers and I wouldn’t of waited basically 2 weeks!!! Re: Order number - 34124 - tracking number YT2515700706527198 - I would like for whoever is reading to issue me a refund literally blank your customers for days I’ve sent images of the scratches to the watch which wouldn’t of been there if I had of been sent INSTRUCTIONS WITH MY PURCHASE LIKE ANY NORMAL COMPANY had to fully google on YouTube which way to put it on no apology nothing will not be purchasing again I want this resolved urgently as explained I’m going on holiday so I will now have to go out and find something else before hand

“titanium” mesh strap.

I bought a “titanium” mesh strap.

The metal wasn’t titanium but an alloy which was heavy and magnetic-not much titanium.

Initial quality and comfort are adequate but this is not a £50+ item. I won’t be buying from Strapolgy again

Strap magnet is not the quality I was…

Strap magnet is not the quality I was expecting for 30+ GBP strap. Almost lost my watch twice. Not wearing it anymore and will never use is again.

We'd like to clarify that the magnetic closure is designed to be secure when used as demonstrated on our product page. As we mentioned in our previous email communication, it's important to fasten the longer part of the strap over the shorter one — this ensures the magnet holds correctly and securely.

Awful service

Awful service - weeks and weeks waiting with constant excuses.
Complained and got a full refund and told to keep the strap when it arrived.
It eventually did and quality was poor - straight into the bin.

Slow delivery but love the strap

Love the strap. Had no idea it was coming from China so was disappointed that it took weeks to arrive

Had I known I might still have purchased it, given it is so much cheaper than Apple’s own version. Quality is good and it looks good

Excellent customer service

The silicone apple watch strap that I ordered was too big but the customer service was excellent and I received a replacement quickly and with very little fuss. The replacement strap fits perfectly and the quality is great. I have previously only had watch straps from apple but cannot see any difference.

Disappointed and Won’t Be Recommending

I ordered the Apple Watch Ultra “titanium” strap from Strapology more than two weeks in advance specifically for a business trip to the U.S. Unfortunately, the strap arrived well beyond the advertised delivery timeframe—over 10 business days later—making it completely useless for the event I purchased it for.

When I contacted customer service about the delay, I was offered a mere £4.99 refund on a £49.95 order, which felt dismissive given the inconvenience caused.

To make matters worse, despite being marketed as a titanium strap, it’s clearly not real titanium. It’s magnetic, which genuine titanium is not—something that’s also been mentioned in other customer reviews.

You can find similar-looking straps on Amazon for half the price and with faster, more reliable delivery. I strongly recommend avoiding Strapology.

Superb CS and Great Strap

Ordered a strap which got posted off, but it seemed to get stuck in transit, so I contacted CS.

Spoke to a very helpful Manager - Laura who sent me a replacement, and gave me a refund on the P&P I’d paid originally.

The strap got delivered a day or 2 ago and it’s a really nice item.
Wasn’t too expensive and looks great.

Superb customer service and a great strap! Ideal!

The strap is a big improvement and well constructed.

The strap is very nice. It’s a little heavier than I expected being titanium but just fine. The finish and quality is very good. It really helps make my Apple Watch seem a bit more sophisticated. It also fits firmly enough to run. Only gripe is that shipping took two weeks, maybe longer. I didn’t gather that it was coming from the UK.

Great watch strap

Great watch strap, wearing it as i type. Comfortable, breathable, and looks good as well. Super easy to get on and off once you get the back of it. Friends have asked where I got it. Arrived a lot quicker than expected. Very pleased I purchased.

The company’s time frame is terrible…

The company’s time frame is terrible and while they will answer your emails nothing ever changes. The quality is another matter completely. The watch strap I ordered was of very poor quality for the money. 😒

You wait over the stated delivery time customer service is not informative on when you will get your order. Plus customer service are rude and insulting. As for the straps they are below par on quality.

You were offered a return and a full refund, which you have still not followed through with.

Your previous claim that we “ignored” your return request was demonstrably false, as we responded promptly and agreed to process a return as soon as the items were sent back.

Regarding delivery, your order was shipped within the promised timeframe, and any minor delays were communicated. At no point were our responses rude or insulting—every message was professional and accommodating.

At this stage, your continued posting of multiple negative reviews—despite a clear path to resolution being offered—appears less about resolving a genuine issue and more about launching a personal vendetta.
