My new bed arrived within a week very happy with it great service all round thanks guys

We purchased a round bed for our new house and really happy with the service.
The bed is in the master and looks a million dollars easy to put together and well made .

Purchased a round bed recently and was very pleased with the service and product. I received a call to check the specification and sizing the bed was delivered a week later and i love it

Ordered and paid for a £300 bed using PayPal, via the Debenhams recommended partners, Stratus interiors. Bed was delivered nearly two weeks late. The bed could not be assembled due to missing parts, no instructions, and even if it could have been built it did not match their site pictures or descriptions. The advertised "integrated pet bed, was just a hole cut in the side of the bed. The pictures show led lighting, both along the sides and inside the integrated bed, none were supplied, the central beam could not be attached , so the slats had zero support. The return process is horrendous with the company demanding £150 return fee, when it only cost £5 extra to have it delivered, the supplier is less than an hour away. Already been dumped by Debenhams and B and Q marketplace. Avoid at all costs. Debenhams no use either in resolving this.

Scammed paid for a bed on the 6th of April.was due to be delivered a few days later was promised delivery the next week, then a week later van broke down , then few days later waiting for parts ,then got a hire van , then back to van broke down .used every excuse under the sun asked for refund never got it ,he will not answer your message if you text just ignores but did answer a call . Will not correspond anything in writing only verbally . Still no refund so I have had to contact the bank and dispute unfortunately this ment canceling my card and await a new one . Please do not buy from this seller as it is a absolute con .

This guy is a bloody scammer please do not buy from him, I repeat 100 times do not ever buy from him. He is a time waster and a thief, I ordered from TikTok online and they were telling me to cancel the order and transfer the them because I didn’t do they never deliver their intention was after I transfer that will be the end of my money coz i wouldn’t be to ask for return. They kept saying they were looking for driver. I was expecting delivery as they promised, I called and called they kept cutting the call even sent tex no response. I went to the address on their website it was a middle of nowhere. At the end they sent me a message saying in my ass and in my eyes.
I will be reporting them to the police so nobody fall victim of them, they are scammers

After ordering a settee which cost nearly 700.00 the quality and workmanship is awful on further inspection the settee is full of faults nails sticking out at the bottom buttons missing no Velcro to hold the cushions so they fall off!! I complained and was told by stratus that this was due to wear and tear!!! This settee was only delivered in February!!! Don’t waste your time or money on these scammers it’s nothing like the pictures quality is awful I’m taking this further and will not rest until this settee is returned and I receive my money back!!!! This was purchased through the Debenhams website which featured on a bbc programme last month about buying stuff through Debenhams and how hard it is to get someone about returns!!!! Sort it out I know my consumer rights
