Worst online retailer. Completely unreliable. Order took 3 weeks to be delivered. No backorder, they just didn’t book any courier until I chased it up after 2 weeks. Website says leaves within 5 days.... Voir plus

Disgusting lack of communication

Disgusting lack of communication. Worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase. My item, including delivery was very expensive and ordered in December . To ignore ALL attempts at having my item delivered is basically fraud - interiors online have my hard earned money and I do not have MY furniture. Interiors online you are corrupt. Shame on you !!! Faulty item - No response & phone numbers do not work

I ordered an item in December & paid $100 delivery.
The item on the website did not clearly show it was a 'worn' look & was damaged.
I emailed & was advised the item would be picked up & I would be reimbursed.
I have followed up many times & at first had responses on email advising the supplier would arrange pick up.
I am not not receiving any responses, going into month 4, the item is still in the box waiting collection. Worst is that none of the telephone numbers work. I have had to obtain legal advice as a high priced item.
Just had a bounce back - Their Emails are not working now too!

BEWARE

I bought an outdoor dining table in December and also took out the ship safely insurance, spending well over $2000 AU. I had read the mixed reviews last year but thought I'd take the risk as they had the exact item I was looking for and couldn't find anywhere else. I was contacted in January to say that the supplier was delayed but I am now not getting any replies to my emails. I'm hugely disappointed and will look into legal action. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

No longer trading

It’s quite clear this company has ceased trading. You cannot contact anyone, no phone, no email, no chat. They were happy to take thousands but never delivered. Legal action is probably the only option now.

Shonky at best

I ordered a 2x tables in November 22. One arrived within days but I was told other would be some months due to being made to order.
Now over a month since the date it was due and after constant emails the delivery that was apparently “being despatched” 2 weeks ago - it hasn’t arrived. The phone for this company is now disconnected. I’ve had no replies to further emails for 10 days !

Customer Service - Needs Improvement

I sent in an order on 10 January and payment was taken from my account. I then heard nothing more until I requested a refund for non delivery. Whilst it now seems that they were unable to fulfill the substantive element of the order in the first place, they have now offered an alternative which is not suitable. It’s all rather late however as another company is able to provide the goods at half the price in a few days and are providing a tracking service. So, I have elected to cancel and receive a refund. This company needs to acknowledge orders on receipt and keep customers up-dated as to delivery etc. They should also confirm on site when orders are out of stock. A refund was however promptly received once contact made.

I would give no stars if that was an option!

If there was a star rating for no stars that’s what I would give! Stay clear of this online company, I have since read that they had a management change recently. Maybe the new owners are not paying their bills. Anyways, I bought two lamps at the beginning of August 2022. At the time I was told there would be a delay of middle of September 2022. I was happy to wait. After the endless chasing up from my end, the constant stories about the supplier receiving them and that I’ll have within 7-14 days, guess what?? I still don’t have the lamps, and they really are not interested in sorting the problem. The consumer law states that they should refund your money, but haven’t even offered, they haven’t offered alternatives (which I would not accept at this stage). The truth is I would never deal with this company again, after what I’ve been through. I think they are shonky and are leading customers on. Stay clear and shop with Temple and Webster instead.

Terrible Quality and Service

Received a large buffet unit after 2 months delay - within 6 months the metal sections on it began to rust - after several months of inadequate and delayed responses - it is now an unsightly rustef mess - obviously no quality control during manufacture. I have now taken the matter to my state consumer tribunal - served papers by mail which were later returned stating "no longer at this address" - very fishy indeed - the same address is still listed on their website - do not deal with this fly by night company - next stop ACCC.

Negative score from a Gold Member

Wish I could give a negative score. My order of $400 on 2 July seems to have disappeared. After sending many emails (they never answer the phone anymore) I finally received one email of apology which also said there'd been a change of management. Was promised a call by end of day on 4 Aug and still waiting. Given other similar reviews below, as a supposed "Gold Member", I'm steering clear of Interiors Online in future. There is no service and I doubt I'll ever get my money back. Clearly new management aren't getting it right any time soon.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SEEMS REALLY DODGY

I have 3 orders totalling approximately $2000. They won’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. One of my orders was paid for in November and who knows when or if I will get it. The other has been with the courier for over a month and the third one delayed until January next year!! So disappointed with this company and don’t know who to contact regarding trying to get my money back

Terrible customer service - do not order from this company

Terrible customer service. Ordered and paid for 2 bedside tables, received confirmation email but no contact since. They do not answer their phone, so not reply to emails or Facebook posts. Not sure they are even operating anymore. They’re happy to take your money but you won’t receive your items. Do not purchase from this company.

I wish I could give zero stars for this company, and had read the reviews before purchasing, never again will I purchase from here again !
Lack of communication over an issue that has been ongoing for weeks ! No answer of phone and no response to emails …such a disappointment as I have spent over two thousand dollars with this company…certainly have lost my business and will definitely not recommend to any of my friends or family… such a disgrace

No Customer Service

Alarm bells rang for me the moment I paid my monies for goods that were apparently in stock & on sale (lucky me) but did not receive a confirmation email. I emailed the company asking for confirmation & got silence ... for days. Then weeks later I emailed asking for ETA and silence again for days then only to be told that the goods have been delayed and expected to arrive 21/11/2022. Very precise but how would they know that date 7 months in advance?? I have since asked for a refund - again silence. Now waiting on AMEX to reverse the charge.

Have been waiting 5 months for a table…

Have been waiting 5 months for a table that was supposedly in stock when purchased. Three additional missed ship dates since then and can't get a reply from the company on a request for an update. Apparently, they have absolutely nothing in stock and the lead-times on the website are completely useless and misleading. Lovely furniture, but not worth the pain...

DO NOT USE THIS CO: discretionary returns and store credits

I recently paid $1,139 for the Aaron Swivel Chair Antique Ebony desk chair. It was of such poor quality, it was unusable (structurally unsound with very little padding/ caused backache within 20 minutes). The customer service was terrible and refused a return or store credit stating that there was 'insufficient evidence' based on the lack of video support - which is an interesting request based on the expectation to demonstrate backache... The matter was also pursued, to no avail, by our interior designer who recommended the chair. This has been a very expensive mistake and I caution other customers to not be fooled by their public appearance of 'decency' in response to this factual review. ACCC action pending.

Frustrated!

I ordered a dining table on 4/10/20, it was advised to be ready in Jan 2021. Unfortunately there have been on going shipment delays due to Covid, which I can appreciate, but I have now been told the next shipment is end Oct 2021. It will be over a year since I ordered this product IF it actually gets delivered this time.
I work in manufacturing and production and NO ONE that I have spoken to, nor in my own experience has encountered delays longer than 2 months for shipment.
I am starting to wonder if this stock even exists…
No one can seem to give me any in depth information and I am growing in my frustration as I would just like to receive my table.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Asked to cancel my order before the item was even dispatched and even offered to deduct shipping from my refund as a cancellation fee, was told this wasnt possible and to 'just have patience' I stated multiple times I no longer wanted the item and to please cancel and not ship the product. After being straight out refused, I then get an email a day later saying its been dispatched and they cant cancel because its too late?? Terrible customer service and dismissal of a completely reasonable request. Not even an offer of store credit - will NEVER be purchasing from these guys again and will proactively warn others against this place

This would have to be the worst company…

This would have to be the worst company I have ever been unfortunate enough to deal with. After 1 month of purchasing my product I was eventually contacted to be told it would be an extra $250 for delivery above the $169 already paid. The explanation was, It has to be delivered by a furniture company. Well don’t sell furniture and quote $169 ( which I thought was a high price anyway). The only positive thing I can add is my refund happened quickly. Never Again, this company I have blocked.
