I received everything on time, but I am happy with the quality of the canvas, not just because of the pixels but also because the corners are poorly folded up. It's a shame, I expected a better work...

I paid for 7x7 size the company sent 3x3 . I have emailed 5 times over the last 3 and half weeks to get a reply that says " someone will be in touch in 3 working days" NO ONE EVER DOES GET IN TOUCH . All I get is " please leave us a review " email .Time and time again . So here is your review guys as requested 6 times .

2/9 magnets had the heads cut off. Contacted them and recieved no response

Appalling service. I didn't received my order after all. I waited longer than recommended and got in touch with the company via e mail. They asked me to verify if the address given to them was correct. I confirmed. Advised to wait a bit longer. Second e mail after nearly 2 weeks for delivery. They stopped replying to my e mail (s) and I never received anything. Shameful behavior.

I’m waiting three months already for my magnets. I emailed them numerous times asking for a refund. It’s already March 11 no refund and no reply do not order from these people they’re not responsible it’s not about the $10 that I’m supposed to get refunded it’s about them being so unprofessional.
