Would not use again. They do have slightly higher rates (couple bucks per box of strips) but payment is far too slow. I was told they went over the cashapp limit and had to send a check so 24-48 hours turns into weeks once we account for mailing and bank processing. Plus other sites are easier, with Strips USA I had to print out 3 separate documents and fill it out. Not worth the extra couple bucks they pay.

Excellent customer service

I have been utilizing Strips USA for nearly a year now after using some local sources that did not reimburse me nearly as much and feeling like I was being taken.

My preference is to use Strips USA's Pre-Paid Shipping Kits. So, I have to wait for that to arrive before I can send my extra supplies.

I also prefer to use Zelle for my payments, which decreases the total turnaround time to a few days from shipping to payment.

Customer Service is outstanding. They respond promptly when I text message my inquiries.

Well the company sent me an email telling me they Received my package and would be depositing my payment. That evening, then nothing they said the package said delivered, but they don't have it in their physical possession that they would contact the Post Office and. She with the problem was then they Said again that they would proccess the payment that evening And nothing so far it seems like This company is hit or miss because The first transaction I did with them went smoothly And I got paid on time So I don't know what the deal is

This is my experience with StripsUSA

This year I acquired 12 boxes of Omnipod 5 Pod and I didn't need them anymore. I called StripsUSA and a helpful women answered the phone and provided me with the necessary information to send them out. The "Standard" pricing per the Website for 12 boxes is $1,680, if the boxes are in perfect condition and the diabetic pumps aren't expired. I unfortunately attempted to remove some labels (before reading on their website not to do that) and it damaged some of the boxes and unfortunately a couple of the boxes were severely damaged when they were originally sent out to me. Within a day and a half they told me what they were going to pay me and a check for $1,274 was in the mail via UPS. I thought the price they paid for the lot was fair because they were not all in perfect condition. The check cleared my bank in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend StripsUSA. They are absolutely a Legit Company and I will use them again in the future.
