Finally got paid after over a year
FINALLY GOT PAID!!!!!!

Follow up from last year. As of yet they still haven’t paid me or even acknowledged receipt of the strips even though they’ve been supplied the tracking showing that it was delivered. They won’t answer any of my emails regarding this transaction. The only way I’ve gotten a response was to use a second email and asking if they purchased diabetic supplies. I received an answer on that one almost immediately. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
After updating my review from July 29, 2023 they finally reached out to me by phone today. Fortunately for me I kept all of my emails and the original order information including the tracking and they finally sent my payment. I did have to provide updated information in order for them to send the money. There’s a possibility that could have been an issue previously but their lack of response to multiple emails, texts and phone calls still leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully they’re getting their act together. Just seems a shame to have to leave a bad review in order to be paid for an item that they purchased.

We also reached out on September 6th to request an update to your review, as it does not accurately reflect the resolution of your payment issue. To clarify, the review is inaccurate as you were indeed paid, and the payment was processed and delivered as outlined.

We received your shipment on Tuesday, August 20th, and promptly sent an email that same day requesting confirmation of payment due to a discrepancy with your order. We did not receive your response until August 22nd, which was unfortunately after the review was posted.
Please be assured that we contacted you prior to receiving your reply and before the review was published. Upon receiving your confirmation on August 22nd, we processed the payment without delay.
Cheated out of $22.50...
I sent one box of dexcom 6 sensors which should be $240 and 6 boxes of one touch ultra test strips 50ct which should have been $30 per box. All boxes mint condition, all dates far into the future, but was told I would be getting a check for $397.50 instead of the $420 it should have been.

Easy process!!
The process is very easy and the customer support is great. I had multiple questions and they were answered by the next day. The check did take a while to be received, but I was paid within 2 weeks. (It was not an issue with the company, more on USPS) 100% would recommend!!
