Update: After reaching out to Strolleria's customer service about the lost order, they are now sending me a replacement order. My experience with Kyleyn at Strolleria was great and I've changed my rating accordingly

My order is now five days late, probably due to winter weather, but I haven't had Strolleria reach out about the delay, acknowledge the delay, or tell me when they expect my package will now be delivered.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused by this delay — we understand how disappointing it is to be waiting longer than expected for an order, especially when you’re relying on timely delivery.

To provide some clarity, your order was placed on January 20th and shipped the following day, January 21st. Tracking information was sent to you less than 24 hours after the time of purchase so you could follow its progress in real time. Unfortunately, severe winter weather has caused widespread FedEx delays that are outside of our control, and this shipment appears to be impacted by those conditions.

That said, we absolutely understand your concern and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While carriers don’t always proactively notify customers of weather-related delays, we’re more than happy to assist in monitoring the shipment or reaching out to FedEx on your behalf for updated delivery expectations.

Very delayed shipment

Took no accountability for an order being very delayed. I would have ordered from elsewhere if I knew it would take that long and my kids would have had their toy for Christmas .

The order arrived quickly. It was fairly easy to put together. Quality decent - not like the old days, but good enough. Very cute 4/1 toy.

Bought Doona stroller

Bought a Doona stroller for my Grandson and his wife. They said it was awesome and easy to put the base in their vehicle.

Super prompt response and fast shipping — arrived in just 3 days! Product was exactly as described. Other websites were sold out, so I was thrilled to find it available at Strolleria.

The customer service team was so helpful on my journey! I had no idea where to start and they pointed me to some awesome blogs that narrowed down to a few top picks. Once I was between a few they were super quick to respond and explain the true differences. I finally placed an order on a Wednesday and it was at my doorstep by Friday that same week!!
