Stroud Brewery established in 2006, initially the brewery was a passion project for our founder Greg Pilley; an adventurer, environmentalist and beer lover. His purpose was simply to make great tasting beers for the local community whilst being the change he wanted to see in the business world. Today Stroud Brewery is a thriving enterprise and our tap room has become one of Stroud’s cherished local landmarks. We make great tasting, ethical and organic beer and we create welcoming, fun social spaces.

Leo contacted me yesterday to say he would be sending my prize, it arrived at 8.50 TODAY. What a excellent delivery service, it all looks very well presented and my husband cannot wait to sample these delights.

Vouchers
From the ordering of the vouchers I received daily emails on shipment transit and delivery. I was told 2-5 days and it was delivered in 2 days. Impressive!
The only thing I would say is maybe have vouchers for more than 5 ( I know the 10 were sold out). But maybe offer 20 … just a thought. My sister and I ordered 12 each.
I was at the brewery in April when I was visiting from Canada. Had an excellent meal and drinks!!!
My brother is excited to use all the vouchers!

Too early to review the actual product
Firstly we purchased these beers for the New Year as we’re out of the Country. In ordering and delivery the service was excellent. Obviously can’t review properly until later.

Next day delivery as standard - brilliant.
Minor issue with one order but customer service was second to none, replacement was sent immediately following my phone call to discuss.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be reordering from them.

An ideal gift
This arrived quickly and was well packaged. I can't comment personally on the flavour but dad says it's great. He was delighted with it - so a very good present and something a bit different.

Good selection of beers and fast delivery
My order is for a Christmas present for my brother, it was nice to find some different beer for him to try. He’s badly disabled and trying different ales is one of his pleasures in life.

Yummy beer
Yummy beers but pretty expensive especially as you have to pay p&p. Purchased for my son who drinks 3X in the local pub when he visits.

DELIVERY ADDRESS PROBLEM
I used the chat line to find beers that I could ship to my son in Cambridge. The service was very prompt and helpful. I ordered two cases on line but at the checkout I found that I couldn't use a delivery address that was different from my billing address. I went back to the chat line and was told the delivery address could be altered manually the following morning. This happened but I received no confirmation so I couldn't be sure that the order was progressing correctly. DHL made the delivery on Monday 14th November which was later than expected when I made the order on 9/11/2022.

But we were glad that we could rectify the issue for you and change this manually. We did update you on the morning after you placed the order, but maybe the message was not received. We're also sorry that our courier delivered this a few days after it was expected - this very rarely happens!
I'm hope your son enjoyed the beers and we hope to see you again soon. Once again, we really appreciate your feedback as this helps us grow as a small independent brewery.
