Ease of it

Ease of it. Website(s) can use some more thought though. More than two parties involved here and not always clear which site I’m on and even within the main site it’s sometimes not clear how to fo from one thing to another.

I have been a long time Strut Health…

I have been a long time Strut Health customer over the years. Things are great when you have no problems, but now the first time there's a problem I'm losing all confidence with Strut Health. My latest order said it was delivered. Nothing at my home. I check the delivery tracking and it shows delivered not only to the wrong address, but the entirely wrong state. I contacted support and was told they would check with the pharmacy and get back to me. A few days go by with no response. I wrote back and asked for a status, and the reply was a link to the same tracking info showing it was delivered to the wrong address. What??? I am out the money I paid for this medication, and customer support has been VERY frustrating with absolutely no resolution.

Strut VS the rest

I had heard about a similar company that did the same treatments for testosterone. After doing my research I found that Strut has the best prices (specially for continuous treatment as it has no subscription).

Throughout the process of enlisting I needed help from the costumer service and this is where they really gained my trust. The costumer service is amazing, they helped and explained every part of the process, even helped me getting my money back when I ordered a lab test while having recent results made privately. Shoutout Deena and Brent, these are amazing people with exceptional care for costumer satisfaction.

I'm currently waiting on my first medicine to arrive and could not be more excited. 100% trust and recommend!!

Good company to buy medicine and great price.then make it difficult to buy again like enclomiphene to regain testosterone level ..im 62 and definitely my testosterone are low but they say I need labs again so I did then they say the did an error with my blood to try again and denied the medication..so now im shopping to another website..so soon find another site I'll buy my medicines from them..

The website is very fickle

The website is very fickle. Sometimes it works, sometimes it takes multiple tries. I attempted to pay for a blood test kit several times and the payment never went through. Then about a week later a charge showed up on my bank statement. After that it took several interactions with a sales rep and IT just to get it figured out. But it took 2-3 weeks. I will say though, the customer service reps were very friendly and willing to help and the sales manager was eager to get the problems addressed.

This company is always available

This company is always available, responds timely to my requests, and provides Sermorelin at a very good price, I would highly recommend (qualified caring humans respond timely to requests, not AI)…

Reversal of baldness

I a 62 years old and had worsening stage 3 to 4 stage male pattern baldness. I used their Finasteride Hair Loss Formula and after a few months I have a complete reversal of hair loss. No more balding spot or thinning hair on vertex. I was surprised, I actually didnt think it would work as I was always taught that balding could be slowed down but not reversed.

I’ve been using Strut for over two…

I’ve been using Strut for over two years now, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Ordering is always seamless and quick. On occasions when I fell behind on taking my hair medication, I could easily suspend my prescription and start it back up whenever I was ready for a refil. Strut always sent clear email confirmations for both the pause and the restart.

My GLP-1 orders have also been incredibly straightforward and consistently arrived a few days before my 30-day cycle ended. The entire system just works for me—simple, reliable, and flexible enough to pause and resume deliveries as needed. Highly recommend!

Out $120.00! Updated. Money refunded.

I placed an order for a 20 mg med(30day supply) but was informed that I would receive 5mg(30 day supply). The math didn't work on that . I contacted them 4x no resolution (plus it is difficult to respond to their emails). Plus there was no mechanism to cancel.

Strut health refunded my money. I am satisfied with their response.

The medication comes in 5 mg tablets as listed on the website. When you ask for 20 mg you would receive 4 tablets per dose. A 30 day medication is 10 doses (40 tablets) because each dose is to be taken every 72 hours.

Also cancelling is easy. Just message the provider and we cancel it or we help to correct your problem.

Strut Health is something less than honest

Strut Health has a very aggressive order and sales policy. After a full year of not recieving a prescription they suddenly sent me a 70.00 bottle of "monthly" formula. Obviously I hadn't recieved it for a year because the original prescription was canceled. Naturally I was furious. They claim they sent a confirmation email before shipping. But there was no email from Strut in my inbox, spam or trash. So they not only sent an order by mistake and charged me but they also made a false statement about sending me an email notification. Thankfully THEY REFUNDED THE CHARGE AFTER I LEFT NEGATIVE REVIEWS. (Lesson learned!) But they admitted no mistake. So if you do use Strut Health you must keep a close eye on your prescription plan and monitor orders carefully. I regard them as something less than fully trustworthy.
