Mojo

I have been using Strut now for almost a year on their Mojo enclomiphene. The shipments have been on time or if I need to delay them there has been no issue. The response time from the doctor’s has been great when I’ve had questions and we’ve had to tweak my prescription a couple of times after lab test. Overall very pleased.

These people are deceptive

These people are deceptive, dont order from them. They absolutely refuse to cancel your order when you get autoship, They send you an email, telling you your order is shipped, yet when you send a demand to stop, the website comes back as not a valid website. They have two other emails and they do the same thing. The federal gov't needs to shut them down.

extremely easy and convenient

Everything was extremely easy and convenient. I received my prescription after a simple “do it yourself” blood test. So much more convenient than going to a doctor.

They lost my test after I sent it back to them and there was no mention of replacing it.

Great prices and service

Unlike other reviews, I have not experienced any issues with the service.

The prices are great and shipments arrive as scheduled. I appreciate the transparent pricing, unlike those spending millions on tv ads.

One price is half of what my local compounding pharmacy charges and with the service, I’m not out of pocket $200 for an MD visit on top of the prescription cost.

Seriously incompetent

Seriously incompetent. I ordered a lab test that was supposed to ship out ASAP. When I saw no movement, I contacted customer service, and they assured me it was on the way. I open the FedEx envelope only to find nothing inside except a piece of paper and a return envelope. How hard is it to send the actual test kit?

Hair booster working and prompt shipping/customer service

I was extremely hesitant to try Strut due to some of the reviews on here, but I ultimately decided to give them a chance since other Telehealth companies review sections aren’t much better, and my experience has been nothing but smooth. I signed up for the strut hair booster formula. Creating an account was simple and I was overjoyed to see my prescription was approved that very same day, shipped out the next. I had my order in just a few days, faster than any other Telehealth company I’ve used.

While I’ve only been using the product for a month and it’s still early, my hair is already showing clear signs of improvement. It’s definitely getting thicker and firmer feeling in the places I apply the drops. It’s still early but I can already see my edges coming in and a little more length than I had before, so I’m really stoked to continue to see how much further progress I get over the next 3-6 months. I also love that this formula doesn’t contain any hormone-altering ingredients like finasteride or dutasteride that I am not interested in as a female with PCOS who already has hormone problems. I was already using topical steroid oil from my local dermatologist to treat CCCA-related hair loss but wanted to add something to help speed things up. This seems to be doing just that.

When I had questions and emailed them, I got a prompt response, and the website and app are very user friendly, which I appreciate. The process has been so smooth, I even convinced my husband to sign up to try their strut mojo capsules with enclomiphene to hopefully improve his low libido, and they just arrived today, not even four days after signing him up. That process was simple as well. He simply submitted his lab work and the provider reviewed it and approved his prescription that day. I like the packaging the medication comes in as well and that it actually has their logo on it, a small thing but not every Telehealth company does that. I don’t know why I like that, but I do. I am excited to see if the enclomiphene capsules help my husband to start wanting me again.

Anyway, I think Strut has gotten an unfair hand in the reviews section because my experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive. I would say if you are that hesitant about signup, do what I did and just sign up with a capped limit credit card—that way it’s not tied to your main bank account if something goes wrong—but based on my experience with them, I would say that would likely not even be necessary. Just give them a try. No harm in trying. Reviews tend to reflect the extremes anyway.

Once you start, they won’t let you stop

After not noticing any improvement for almost 2 months of use, I decided to cancel my rosacea treatment from strut. Nothing against them, treatments don’t work for everyone. When I tried to cancel, I found that there is no person you can call to cancel and you cannot cancel on their website. The only option is to email the care team to cancel it. I’ve sent 3 emails since May 13, 2025 to cancel with no response. My next step is to call my bank and report fraud. How is it possible in 2025 that the only option to cancel their services is to email a care team?

CHOOSE A DEFFERENT PROVIDER

I cannot recommend STRUT. I too ordered the womens' O cream, it was not inexpensive and it was COMPLETELY INEFFECTIVE, literally did NOTHING. If that wasn't enough, they sent a 2nd shipment without authorization to my former address! They did send 1 Email over the weekend with about a 12-hour lead time, but I did not see it in enough time to stop the 2nd shipment. I think sending reoccurring shipments without clear authorization is completely unethical. There is much better telemedicine on the market than this.

Ordered Enclomiphene. Came quick and works great. Process was fast and easy. Physician communication through chat is easily accessible. No issues. Will continue to use them.

First they changed my scrip from what…

First they changed my scrip from what was listed on the website to include antibiotics that I have a problem with. Then after changing it to what was on the site, I got an infection from Terbinifine and asked they put the antibiotics back in. They did this and removed the Terbinifine. Then the Cipro antibiotic caused tremendous heel pain, I asked that they remove the cipro, they threw a fit, and cancelled my scrip. After spending over $900 on their scrips. They will cancel their scripts and leave you hanging. Completely unprofessional!

I wanted to clarify our nail formula. All of our formulations contain Terbinifine, which is a standard ingredient and cannot be removed. However, we can certainly add antibiotics to your specific formula if needed.

Frustrating

The product was effective. When I was ready to end my subscription it took a email to The BBB, a text from Strut and after they acknowledged cancellation of my subscription they still sent me an order and charged me.

I ordered a compound that took too long…

I ordered a compound that took too long to fill. I had to cancel my order and go to another company. I do get my oral minoxidil from Strut but the compounding took so long that it was ridiculous, and I was forced to find another supplier for me.

Dangerously Careless

Their "physician" did not communicate my dosing instructions to me or to their pharmacy, resulting in two $289 shipments being labeled with improper dosage guidelines, which I followed. Unknowingly, I was jumping back and forth between dosages and using product that had exceeded its recommended shelf life. When I realized this error and brought this to their attention, their customer care team misunderstood the problem and refused a refund, while the "physician" attempted to cover his mistake, deflected blame to the pharmacy, and even implied that I was to blame. He then suggested I immediately increase the dosage to what would be 3x my current amount but in the same message noted that such a jump would put me at risk for major side effects. They are totally careless.

Edit to address their response: I didn't skip any doses. I followed the instructions provided on the label. The bottle contained 8 weeks of medicine labeled with 8 weeks of instructions. How you expected me to know I was only supposed to use 1/3 of the bottle is beyond me. Your physician provided no instructions whatsoever. I had to ask him for clarification when I realized something wasn't right, and he still had no clue what was happening. I "reverted to the original dose" as instructed by the second bottle's label. And no, NEITHER bottle had accurate dosing instructions. You're blaming me for your provider's oversight. Period.

Hi L Rector, I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the medication instructions. As we mentioned in our previous email, the pharmacy included the correct dosing instructions with your medication.

I apologize that it took some time for our physician and customer service team to understand how you were using the medication. We would never intentionally ask you to skip doses. We initially believed you had completed your first two months of medication and that the third month's instructions would guide you on the subsequent dosage once it shipped. We now realize that you reverted to the original dose. Since this is an unusual situation, it required some time to fully understand what occurred.
