Would give ZERO if possible. Ordered 3 pairs of orthopedic shoes for work, to try on. I measured my feet before choosing the size. All 3 are so small I can't get my feet in, cheaply made, not leathe... Voir plus

I have previously written a review for this company on trustpilot, in that review I did say that I would follow up my experience. The shoes that I had ordered did finally arrive it took far too long so lost one star, strictly speaking they are as advertised however for the price they are poor quality, I will add to that they do fit properly and having been wearing them now for approximately two weeks, they are kind of okay so three star review is probably slightly on the generous side but far better than the one star I had previously given them and probably a far better review than they are going to get from anybody else. A three star review as the product did arrive and the size of the shoe is quite accurate.

Just Poor

Shoes took almost a month to arrive. Described as soft leather. Leather they are not!
Sadly didn't do my homework on this occasion and won't be returning them as I don't need the stress of it all - going by other reviews. Lesson learnt - don't buy from China

Like a previous review which in hindsight i wish i had read i ordered some leather mules, what arrived certainly didnt match the item ordered so i started the return process and was made offers of20,30,40 and 50% finally i was told to damage them and take photos for a full refund outrageous behaviour fortunately i used paypal so registered the issue with them lesson learned rubbish product and even worse customer service

Stunahome is awful

Stunahome is awful. I ordered some shoes for my husband on 16 February and was told the order would be processed and delivered within 3-5 working days. The cost was taken from my bank account the next day but I received no notification of when the shoes would arrive. I emailed Stunahome and received an email asking for my patience as they were extremely busy and that my order was "awaiting shipment ". I checked the tracking number every day thereafter and it always said the same. I received an email this morning saying that the shoes will "be shipped within 48 hours". Very frustrating and I am convinced Stunahome is running some sort of scam.

Refuse Returns in contrary to their Policy

This company needs stopping they are dreadful, the products are not worth selling and they refuse to send a label for the FREE RETURNS -according to their policy,
Do not buy anything from them - they need closing down

Don’t touch this firm with a barge…

Don’t touch this firm with a barge pole. They won’t refund unsuitable items. Boots don’t fit and they are useless. A company specialising in orthopaedic footwear should realise the buyer doesn’t fit in a standard size.

Would give it ZERO Start Rating if that was an option!
Save yourself a lot of stress and DO NOT USE this company.
Dispatch and Customer Service is Slow. Products are pricy and of poor quality. Website gives the impression its a UK company but it is not.
After returning items and sharing POD, they told be to wait two weeks so that someone could view the items and put them back on the shelf!
Apparently, they then tried to refund me 3 times but were not able to do so?
In the end, it took nearly 3 months to get a refund by applying for a Chargeback through my CC.
Worst purchasing experience by far!

Satisfied customer

I could not identify with most of the reviews. My shoes have been fantastic from stunahome. I have fallen arches and the shoes are deep enough to put in orthotics so that has worked very well for me. I realised the shoes do come from China but the quality seems pretty good to me and I am very fussy. It is very difficult to get the right kind of shoes for my feet, but these look stylish and I am very happy with them. PC

AVoID at all costs

AVoID at all costs. Should be zero star. Absolute scam website. Implies they have a UK address but def don’t. They are Chinese and hence the rubbish shoes took much longer to arrive than quoted.
Poor quality and don’t even fit. Guess what no return option only an offer of 20% refund to an account credit so I can choose something else from their appalling website. Should have known it was too good to be true and bought in a panic over Xmas.

Pleasantly surprised and happy with my slippers

I suggested slippers from stunahome as a gift from my brother. After ordering we realised they were coming from china. Then I read reviews on here and had serious doubts as to whether they would turn up and if so how durable they might be. They arrived a couple of days later than Xmas which was fine, and they are amazing!!!! I feel people only post negative comments so wanted to show my positive experience! They are so comfortable and warm I love them!!! What a relief too! I suffer from weak foot arches and although they don’t provide extreme support it is sufficient for my needs on my hard floors at home. I totally recommend these!

I ordered some boots which took over 3…

I ordered some boots which took over 3 weeks to come. when I saw them I found a rip inside the boot. I contacted them and sent pics of the damage etc and I wanted them to send me a return label so I could send them back which they did not want to do. instead they said I could keep the boots and they would give me a refund of £16 . after some back and forth I finally got a promise of a refund for £25 and I could keep the boots which I repaired with some faithful old bostick. the refund was quickly sent to my account which was good. however I will never buy from this company again. too much hassle, took too long to arrive, and quality of the boots were not as expected even without the damage. China - leave it alone. buy British I say

Misleading product description and unacceptable refund practices.

I ordered slippers advertised as UK size 9, but received a pair labelled “LARGE – US 10–11 / EU 44–45”, which were significantly bigger and unusable. The size chart was only sent to me after I complained, not clearly provided at the point of purchase.

Delivery was also late, and when I tried to cancel before delivery, the seller refused.

Instead of offering a proper refund, the company repeatedly pushed partial refunds and restrictive conditions. I had to escalate the issue through PayPal, who reviewed the evidence and issued a full refund in my favour.

Even after PayPal resolved the case, the company continued emailing me asking me to deliberately damage the product and send photos as a condition of a refund, which I found completely inappropriate.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Avoid this company like the plague

Avoid this company like the plague. I fear it's a big scam. Wish I had never ordered from them. I ordered two pairs of slippers for Christmas on 14th December. The postage cost was quite high & it wasn't clear on the site how long items would take to arrive. I haven't received them yet - & I now see they're coming from China. I have no tracking number order from the company so it's impossible to make a query on the company site. Wonder if I'll ever see the items. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

FAKE REVIEWS

Absolutely disgusted as I saw that stunathome have put fake reviews with my name attached. This is totally illegal and I will be taking further action unless they remove all the reviews with my name. Do not buy anything from this company as their shoes are poorly made and their customer service team are very unprofessional, advising customers to damage shoes and trying to get a refund is practically impossible.

Having purchased some waterproof shoes, I decided to return them. I read and followed the policy requirements.
The company replied saying they would only offer a refund if I damaged the shoes, sent photos and only on this basis would I get a refund.
Despite numerous emails, they remained steadfast in their request and despite temptation to oblige, I have decided not to do so.
See below their email to me.

Sorry to keep you waiting.

Considering your insistence on a full refund, we agree to your request. To ensure that you can receive a full refund smoothly, we need you to complete the following steps:

(1) You need to completely damage the product so that it cannot be reused;

(2) You take photos of completely damaged products;

(3) You need to send photos in the email.

We can arrange a full refund for you once we have checked the photos and they are completely damaged. (This solution proposal will not cause you any losses, but also save you the time and cost of returning the goods)
