My experience overall was fantastic. From the online consultation to the final step of the procedure in clinic, it’s been an absolute pleasure. Their entire team were delightful to interact with and politely spoken. This includes their lovely receptionists that always greet you with a smile, their support staff and of course, the doctors themselves.
I normally hate going to the dentist and hospitals in general but their clinic has such a relaxed vibe with the layout and lighting present, it feels like you’re at home in your lounge.
They were very flexible with my tight schedule and limited availability, and also give me ample time to explore various parts of India.
I want to give a massive shoutout to Dr Pallavi and Dr Anvi especially. The most professional and warm ladies Ive ever dealt with. Cheers!

After doing research on line I made the decision to contact Stunning Dentistry in Delhi. My client liaison person was Dr Pallavi who made the whole process so easy. Through Whatsapp there was continual communication from airport pickup through to details on each appointment.
At my first appointment on 27 August 2024 I was impressed with the modern clean hygienic world class facilities. Once 3D xrays and other digital reports were examined a treatment plan with costs was agreed on. The plan cost was around what I had expected and I suspect around 30% of what the same full mouth dental work would have cost me in Australia.
Now to my actual experience. I had six days of appointments, and prior to each session I was informed what was been done. If I felt any discomfort I was to raise my hand and take a rest. However I had full confidence in all the Doctors that treated me and I did not suffer ongoing pain or swelling. Most of my original teeth were saved with only a couple of extractions required.
Once the new teeth are fitted there are tests and adjustments done to make sure that the bite alignment is correct.
The Doctors at Stunning Dentistry take pride in their work and I felt a connection with them. I would often look up from the dental chair and see three sets of eyes looking in my mouth seeing how the procedures were progressing.
The waiting room at the Clinic is very comfortable and all the floor staff engage in a friendly manner to answer any questions and ensure that you have water or coffee.
I enjoyed the professionalism of the before and after photographic staff.
To sum up, Mr Ron from Gold Coast, Australia is 100% satisfied with my new teeth and I
now feel happy when I smile.

Went to have implant surgery and a full upper reconstruction done, I already had some implants from 12 years ago. They were able to source the fittings required to use the existing implants and add the necessary extras to support the full arch. Everything in my case was handled with care and was very professionally done. The entire was staff was great in handling my treatment. I was also very impressed by the facilities, cleanliness and attention to detail. I am very satisfied and very happy with the surgery and final result.

I received request from "Stunning Dentistry" to remove part of the letter I have written year ago.
I REFUSED TO DO SO.
I went under name of Seb Sebastian for not wanting my name to be all over internet. That's changed. My name is VESNA and Dr Pallavi and Dr Kayoti knows me very well.
I found their request offensive and I decided to publish email communication between Dr Pallavi and myself, to prove that all I said was true. That evidence is already discussed in legal circles and outcome will be sent to appropriate individuals in New Delhi.
Abuse I went in dentistry chair, for not wanting to pay extra money and was lied to come to India under false agreement is a serious legal matter. And that how it will be addressed. I have no intention to debate with Dr Pallavi, who is very gifted in her job. I have very low opinion of her even lower of Dr Kayoti.
All our emails will go public and you will get a link. If you don't like, you can respond to my lawyer.
To the staff who published this I can only say thankyou. We need people like you and I will recommend you to anyone with experience as mine.

Whatever your circumstances are DO NOT GO THERE. I have never seen more criminals in one company. Dr. Kajoti and Dr Pallavi are two hardened criminals, they are not dentists.
I hope that enough complains will force Investigation into their dirty business and hopefully force to closed.
I hope that Pallavi and Kajoti will "face the music" and be force to explain their criminal action. They are money grabbing and no better than beggars on the streets. They will haras and call day and night until you make appointment. Once in India, the things are different. The price is 3 times more than agreed. You complain? Go from where you came from. Whatever you try, those two criminals will lie their way out. My entire experience was traumatic, as I refused to accept new quote (from $5.000 to $12.000) given to me after arrival. It resulted in violation of doctors oath "Do no harm". I won't go into details...if you are here, you are here because you went through the same and you will believe us.

I had an amazing experience being attended by Abhay and being treated by Dr Gayatri.
Abhay helped me all along post my initial service inquiry request.
Once I reached at the clinic, Dr. Gayatri attended and patiently answered all my questions.
She ensured that I had a complete painless procedure.
Overall the whole experience was a very good one and would very much recommend it.

This is seriously the most corrupt and dodgy dental practice in the world. They scam patients into doing '5 star reveiws' and pay people by way of refund to take their bad reveiws down!
I will not be scammed into taking this reveiw down as I am sick of seeing glowing reveiws and no real down to earth reviews to warn people about these criminals.
My experience was beyond woeful and six months after my treatment I am still in pain. I have had four abcesses after their treatment, numerous trips to my doctor, 7 courses of antibiotics and now I have to get an oral surgeon to have teeth removed at a cost of $3,300 dollars.
I should have just stayed in Australia and got my work done in a sterile and safe environment! If I could give them a 0 star thats what they would get. Stay away from these scammers at all costs!

I had a wonderful experience with the stunning dentistry, I did my upper and lower implant done in November 2023 and after 5 months went back to finish the final process of my implant, we have contacted Dr Pallavi from Sydney Australia got advice and there we went to Stunning dentistry delhi,everything went by plan as advised by Dr Pallavi just back to Sydney on 30th June 2024 I thank Pallavi for extraordinary coordination from start to finish for a wonderful outcome of my teeth,iam so happy that I can smile and eat again I would like to thank Dr arnchal and her team for a tremendous work that was done ,it was painfree experience, I would advice people to contact Dr Pallavi of Stunning dentistry if they want dental done professionally she is very helpful, I would like to thank the entire team from desk ,assistants and Doctors for the job well done,we will be back for more.🙏

Stunningly Bad Dentistry

I have (now) read the other one star reviews and I am in agreement that the dentists and principals at Stunning Dentistry are unprofessional, they’re liars and they do rough work. Please trust your initial instincts to run when you see how seedy the premises are. I was too frightened to go alone for evening appointments, especially up the dirty, unlit stairwell. The waiting room smells like the unsanitary bathroom, reached by a very strange little door beside the reception desk, that is adjacent to it. And yes, to this day, I cannot believe I went ahead. I actually went in for Zoom whitening but was coerced by the cheap price (286,000 rupees) in to getting a dozen veneers which were supposed to be done over 2-3 visits, a week apart. Not so, I spent my 4 week trip of a lifetime to India with ugly, yellow, temporary veneers that crumbled. Visits 23/2, 24/2, 2/3, 8/3, 9/3, 15/3 and 16/3. I did see other patients in tears, and I was reduced to tears myself on more than one visit.

The dentists will say whatever is expedient and outright lie about work they have or have not done. I empathise with the other writers but am choosing to give an overview rather than a blow by blow of my 4 week Stunningly Bad Dentistry experience because it is boring, repetitive, frustrating and the end result is I have a broken veneer that was broken from the day of installation due to rough handling. They claimed that the veneer was fine just needing to be polished and smoothed so “you’ll have to come in tomorrow” for the 7th time. I asked if they had put filling in the hole where the veneer was missing - oh no, of course not. Well the bit of filling has fallen out now and I am left with a craterous hole that is identical to the hole that I had in March. Photos prove it.

Don’t trust their guarantee. I sent a photo of the March and present day holes to them yesterday. They assured me that their careful expert examination of the pictures revealed that nothing is wrong. My tongue and mouth beg to differ. I will be going to a reputable dentist to get the veneer replaced.

Just don’t go to Stunningly Bad Dentistry. You will regret it.

I am currently in the middle of full upper bottom implant arches.

I have had the surgery, a sinus lift, bone grafts, implants and temporary dentures.

I will be going back to complete my permanent look in a few months time.

The end result of this journey has been an awesome smile. The journey over the two weeks can be an emotional roller coaster but the end result is all worth it. I now have a complete mouth makeover with crowns, bridges and veneers.
The front desk staff Mohana, Melina, Deepali and Dinesh are delightful and very professional. Sanjay Ji makes the BEST coffee. Such a sweet man. Dr Komal, the smile design specialist, who did the bulk of the dental work was exceptional. Extremely caring, competent and kind. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Her attention to detail was extraordinary. The dental technicians My Pintu and Mr Deventer were also kind and professional and made me feel at ease.
Dr Aman did some root canals and extremely gentle, kind and thorough which is not always the case when having root canals done. The organising by the head clinical dentist Dr Khyati was great. If you have any questions at any time she will answer in a very professional manner.
And Dr Pallavi who is the liaison person was terrific. Always thoughtful and available to answer questions.
The end result is amazing. I feel extremely privileged to have this work done and to have a lifetime guarantee is an added bonus. Thanks to all involved. Highly recommended.

The experience at Stunning Dentistry exceded expectations.
No problems 10 days after completion of 20 crowns and 8 root canals.The staff were very professional and pain control was offered. A good place for extensive dental work. Prices are competitive.

I would like to start by saying that I reached out to quite a few dental practice's in India and believed that stunning dentistry was the most honest and cost effective, I have been twice, once in September 2023, I was met at the airport, taken to my apartment, asked what I needed including money changed, where shops were for any requirements, I was seen that lunchtime and taken to have 3D imaging, then I sat down, my dental imaging on screen with 2 doctors to discuss what could and should be done, I was shown and told that I would require sinus lifts, bone. grafting to enable 5 implants to accept zirconium crowns for my upper and bone graft for 2 implants to accept crowns for my lower jaw, I asked question's and when I was satisfied was given a price for this work, I was told that I would only pay for works completed and no forward payment as I would need to come back once healed to complete the works and would only pay then for further treatment, they did find that they could not complete 1 implant as there was not enough bone, they gave me a denture to let works heal inc bone grafting, now in February 2024 I returned for final treatment, the implants were exposed and one had failed, they replaced this and placed the final implant, they could have continued and loaded crowns live but after consultation with surgeon and Dr they advised that it would be best practice to return after healing process, although that does mean a cost for airfares and accommodation it will ensure the best outcome so back again in June, my experience with stunning dentistry has been nothing but exemplary, the staff, Drs, surgeon absolutely everyone have been great, I have read the negative reviews and can understand lots of appointments, some waiting time, pain, but what I think they are missing is it’s us that have bad teeth, we choose to have this work done

I am sharing this so others don't make the same mistake.
I went to New Delhi in November 2023 to have implants.
I met 5 other Aussies who were also seeing Stunning Dentistry.
I am a practical sensible person and I did my research.
Everything seemed above board until I got there.
The assistant was 45 minutes late to collect me. Ok. Stuff happens.
I had surgery on the 8th Nov which included some extractions.
That evening I was in excruciating pain.
I contacted Stunning Dentistry & was advised to go to the pharmacy & get additional pills. It was 1130 at night. I did this.
The following day the swelling & pain was worse.
I attended the clinic and was told it was "normal" & " sometimes happens". As the haematomas started to form there were clear & obvious haematomas in the shape of finger marks on my chin, where the dentist had formed a 'pistol grip' over my chin with one hand & had an extraction tool in the other. I also had marks across my neck where the Dental Technician had held me (as instructed by the surgeon) to keep my head from lifting off the bed. (See attached link before and after photos). I followed all the aftercare to the letter.I was told it would be a "beautiful experience" with "loads of time for sightseeing." I asked for a schedule of works so I could make the most of my time. In fact all of the Australians I spoke to had asked for this repeatedly. None of us ever received this. Instead we got text msgs each evening advising of our appointment time the following day.
Every single day the waiting room was full. Every single appointment without exception was late. Not just by 15-20 min.Several times I waited hours past my scheduled appointment time.
When my pain levels and swelling wasn't subsiding and I wasn't getting any answers from Stunning Dental I sought the opinion of two, independent, Indian dentists. They suggested I get a second 3D scan done so they could compare as well as visually inspect my mouth. I did this. I paid for the consults and for the second imaging.
On the 12th November, 4 days after my initial surgery I was in unbearable pain, the swelling had not subsided, in fact it had worsened to the point my left eye was almost closed. I took myself to the International Emergency Hospital.
I was given 3 injections & medications to take with me.
I paid for this.
I advised Stunning Dental.
On the 15th Feb after asking every day, I was given "case notes". I read through them in the reception area. Much of it was filled out by me and there wasn't anywhere near what I would consider being comprehensive or accurate notes.
I took out my phone to take copies of this. The Front of House manager who was watching me moved very quickly toward me an attempted to grab the file out of my hands!
I retreated to the bathroom & locked the door. I was in complete shock.
I was then told I was not allowed to copy this document. There was no signage in the reception area nor was I told this prior.
I requested a meeting with the manager.
The meeting was set for 1630 and then at 1800 I was being fitted for temporary bridges.
At 1820 I finally got in to see the manager.
I asked her if all my cavities had been filled. She assured me they had. I asked about the amount & placing of bone graphing. She advised it was placed al'all across the upper jaw and some in the lower'. I asked if all my root canals had been completed. She said yes.
I told her I did not believe this to be true.
The manager asked if I had gotten a second 3 D image done.
I told her I had.
I also told her I had a second opinion.
At the time of this conversation I had 4 root canals that were not fixed and 4 fillings that required fixing. I know I did not get bone graphing all across the top. I knew exactly what was done and further what still required doing. And I knew I had just been lied to. And the manager knew she had jus been caught lying.
The meeting finished and I went back to the waiting room. At approx 820 that evening I was told it was too busy for my treatment & I would need to come back tomor.
When I returned the following day I was advised I needed the stitches removed and temp teeth placed. So when they started doing x-rays I was confused. When they started using the drill I asked why. I was told 'jus filling a couple of cavities'.
What?I did not consent to that.
An hour & a half later when they were still working in my I asked how much longer it would be doing the fillings as I had another appointment.
I was then told they were finished the fillings and are doing root canals.
I was livid.
It was nothing but a sneaky way to fix their deception without my consent. I came home with flimsy material that I have had to repair twice so far. I have tried to mediate but there is nothing but excuses. I urge you to go to a company that has transparency, integrity and professional skill. DON'T RISK IT! I do not recommend.
