I Have had Heavy Duty Dental work carried out and temporary Prostheses made whilst awaiting for phase 2. When I will be fitted with 2 Titanium backed Arches each with 14 Zircon / Porcelain Crowns Fitted, Culminating with a Designed Hollywood Smile whereby the front teeth for eg are larger than the Side Teeth and overall Larger in Size but the correct bite. All of this from having Teeth Extracted and Multi Strauman Implants fitted. I Return to Stunning Dentistry in say 3 or 4 months time to have The Phase 2 to Completion. I Built trust and Confidence with them, Hoping that this will continue. I Would have no Hesitation in Recommending This Dental Practice to anyone!

I am from the UK and currently in New Delhi for my dental work. I would take this opportunity to share my experience at Stunning Dentistry in New Delhi India.
This is my 3rd visit to India and have been coming here for my dental work and cosmetic facial work. I have seen many doctors in Mumbai and New Delhi and visited my clinics here to find the best one to treat my case.
Hands down and without any doubt the DOCTORS AT STUNNING DENTISTRY ARE BRILLIANT in their work and patient handling.

All staff are super cooperative and take pain to ensure that every thing is perfect for their patients. My case was quite complex and Dr. Khyati, Dr. Neha, Dr. Gayatri & Dr. Pallavi made sure that everything went well for me.

The only problem here is a little bit of waiting time, which I understand as these guys are very popular in the city and they have a lot of patients coming in. I didn't mind to wait as the treatment was my priority.

I would like to take this opportunity through this platform to detail about my amazing experience at Stunning Dentistry at New Delhi.

1. We are from Australia and had been researching about dental clinics all over the world since 2 years now and came across Stunning Dentistry in New Delhi India.
2. We got in touch with Dr. Pallavi ( Head - Client Relations). She did couple of video calls with us and explained in depth about the expected treatment, costs involved and was kind enough to help us with Invitation Letters helpful for Visa and helped us choose the cheapest flight to New Delhi and book a hotel near the clinic. She has been an AMAZING !

3. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mr. Mukesh - The Head Executive who took care of us at 2 AM in the night and safely escorted us to the hotel.

4. The next morning we met Dr. Khyati - The Clinical Head and she took a lot of time to examine us and explain everything in detail about our implants and dental work. Her knowledge is much better than that of any AUSTRALIAN DENTIST.

5. The Implant Surgeon was excellent and did a brilliant job in me and my wife. We got in 12 - 12 implants each in 3 days and every procedure was painless and smooth. BRILLIANT SURGEON.

6. Dr. Neha, Dr. Tanvi and Dr. Gayatri did the rest of the prosthetic work to design our teeth and give us a new smile again.

7. We got our treatment finished last week and we are amazed with the services provided by this team. Efficient, smooth and quick and above all indian hospitality is brilliant.

8. All people we meet during our trip to India have been warm and lovely.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, and my previous bad experiences pushed me to consider dental tourism in another country. The allure of lower costs for dental work made me explore options abroad. Unfortunately, I made a regrettable mistake in selecting the dental office. Allow me to share my errors so that you can avoid making the same ones.

I relied solely on internet research, and it became evident that anyone can say anything online without accountability. I read other people's experiences and questioned if we had visited the same office. It made me wonder if those accounts were genuine.

After corresponding with the dental office before leaving the United States, I felt confident in my decision to undergo a complete upper arch replacement and replace four teeth in the lower arch at this particular dental office.

Upon arriving at the office, I was informed that I had to pay the full amount before any work could commence. This should have raised a red flag since it goes against the customary practice in India, where payments are made as work progresses. Regrettably, I was unaware of this, and paying in full meant I had no recourse if dissatisfied with the outcome.

Things went downhill from there. Once I had paid in full, I felt trapped. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience and the subpar quality of the work done. As a result, I sought another dentist to complete the necessary procedures.

Numerous issues arose during the process. I spent two weeks in New Delhi without upper teeth while waiting for temporary dentures to be made. Ideally, these temporaries should have been prepared in advance. When the temporary teeth were finally provided, they caused immense pain, rendering them unwearable. Despite assurances that the discomfort would subside, it never did. Moreover, the teeth were poorly made and broke in half. I sought help from another dentist, hoping to fix the issues, but they explained that the materials used were solely for cosmetic purposes. They questioned why I was given these dentures to wear for six months when I couldn't eat with them. The original dental office had never informed me that they were unsuitable for eating, even providing instructions on how to eat with them. Additionally, the upper arch still had three remaining teeth, and I inquired about the dentures I would need once those teeth were extracted and the final teeth were made. Their response was that I could choose to wear those dentures, despite the fact that they would no longer fit properly.

The dental office failed to provide a clear treatment plan, despite my repeated requests. Instead, I received an invoice with a vague explanation stating that they use the best materials and do what they deem best for each patient. This left me puzzled and dissatisfied. I was also charged over $3,000 for bone grafting, but when I asked where it was placed, they claimed they did not know and that it was impossible to determine. Their justification was that I had rotted teeth and the grafting was necessary. However, two other dentists confirmed that minimal to no bone grafting had been performed. It was bewildering because I was unaware of having rotted teeth; they seemed to have made it up.

These are just a few examples of the many issues I have with this dental office. Ultimately, I completed my dental work at another dentist in New Delhi. I strongly recommend conducting thorough research in India and not solely relying on the internet, as I did. I have lost a significant amount of money and feel that my bill was inflated to maximize their profits. Take the time to research extensively before selecting a dentist in order to avoid similar disappointment.

I feel the need to respond to your reply regarding my review of your dentistry.

Regarding your claim that you attempted to reach out to me without any response, I want to clarify that I do have evidence of our communication. In May, we exchanged 12 emails expressing my concerns and explaining why I decided to complete my dental work elsewhere.

In response to your statement, "As per our records and understanding, your complete treatment has been an absolute success and other dentists in your country have also acknowledged the same for which we hold records and proofs," I must clarify the situation:

I am from California, USA, where strict medical privacy laws, like the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), prohibit the disclosure of sensitive patient health information without consent or knowledge.

As such, you would have needed my explicit consent to access my dental records. However, since I have been retired and traveling throughout Asia, I have not returned to the United States for any dental work.

I stand by the honesty and accuracy of my review.

I came for a few days visiting from USA Ginni did a great job coordinating the whole visit from start to finish. The whole staff treated me like a VIP. The dentists were great and the work was done as promised . Dr kyati really helped during this process . Overall I would give them a A grade and would recommend this clinic .

I had broken my front tooth in an accident. The situation was awful, and I was in urgent requirement of one of the best cosmetic dentist as I had my whole life and career ahead.
