I ordered my black ruffled skirt and was very happy with how it came out the packaging however, every time this skirt gose in the wash more and more threads come out of the top. At first it was fine as it was only some but every time it comes out the washing I feel like I'm cutting more thread off the skirt everytime. Very gutted with this outcome.

Ordered 2 coats , needed bigger sizes, returned coats at my cost with Royal Mail signed for !
Paid for 2 more coats of right size then got refunded for just one coat and they said that’s all they received! Complete liars as proof of posting states 2.8 kg , the weight of two coats !
These people are scammers never order from here EVER

I ordered 5 matching sets from this company and to be fair 4 of them are ok but the red set I bought absolutely stinks of BO under the arms that strong I was nearly sick when I got it out the packaging. This is clearly a returned item or a model has modelled a load of clothes and hasn’t had a wash. I contacted customer service which in itself is so poor for them just to tell me if I am not happy return the item. Not even an apology! Rude and unprofessional and after reading reviews I’m guessing I won’t even get a refund. I’ve been in retail for years myself previously and this is one of them companies that buy cheap have no skill with customers and just pocket the money. BEWARE!!! Jokers

I have just recieved my order, a skirt and top set for my daughter. After removing it from the packaging I discovered the item is damp/wet feeling. Bizarre as the packaging and invoice are dry. Material feels cheap and it looks nothing like the item advertised. I will definitely not order from here again. Please avoid, don't waste your money.

Thought I’d treat my self for my bday so I Ordered 2 co ord sets one came all stained in lipstick , other one worn once and the leggings ripped at the seam, jumper pocket stitching all came away just from being washed, shocking quality , won’t be ordering again

I ordered 2 £70 coat and I returned 1 of them as was checking sizes.
I did there refund process and the £70 came in to my account and it declined i messaged my bank and they said styled up need to process the payment again as they made a fault at there end. I messaged them on instagram and emailed them. The lady who owns it was so unbelievable rude! I explained the situation and she didnt listen and didnt check to see if the money had come into my bank, the same lady emailed me back saying dont email us. She then stated to ignore me and not help at all. She didn’t even check it!!!

Disgusting. I have contacted them. First of all a stain was on my item. That was bad enough. I let that go because it would probably just wash out and I like the set. But after wearing the joggers on the co ord ONCE bear in mind for a few hours the joggers are all bobbled it’s awful. They were not helpful whatsoever and just kept saying nothing they could do as the tags have been off. The point is they’ve sent such a bad item. If you purchase clothes they should not be bobbling. Period. Never ever order from these I’m so sorry to say. But the customer service is appalling.

Item received and worn once, the trousers then came apart at the seam so I am unable to wear them once (worn for one hour sat on a train!) they have refused to send a replacement pair or refund, so clearly the items are only expected to last one day! Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional customer service to say the least!

AVIOD PLEASE If I could put minus I would what a terrible terrible company. I ordered 5 items for my daughter but 3 didn’t fit so sent them back via Royal Mail tracked and signed for but the company claiming they didn’t receive them back even though I have the delivery and signed for buy a member of staff. The company are determined to say they haven’t received the items when clearly they have and the customer service is appalling they don’t get back to you and you have to badger them constantly so I’ve given up but please avoid this company it’s just not worth the hassle and you are throwing your money away.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Placed an order 4 weeks ago and got told it was delayed due to the Easter weekend, I send a further 2 emails once it was over 2 weeks and kept getting the same response that they will look into it but they never did. I sent another 2 emails again asking for a refund as it was a joke that they hadn’t sent me the order out yet and they are completely ignoring me. They have not sent my order out and have just took my money not sending me a refund. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Definitely don’t order from them!

I ordered two lounge wear sets for £25 each and they are the best , happiest purchase Iv made! Iv been looking for this straight leg style for so long and I couldn’t believe the price and quality. They come the very next day. Thank you

I was a little optimistic about ordering from this website after reading so many bad reviews and I'm safe to say I'm glad I took the risk and ordered. I ordered the bomber sweatshirt with zip and jogger lounge wear set in beige (size M). It fits perfectly, really comfortable, soft material and super fast delivery. I only ordered it a few days ago. I would highly recommend ordering from this company and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Placed order on 21/04/2024 which was suppose to arrive before bank holiday . It did not arrive on time and when it did finally come after 2 weeks the dress zip was broken and contacted customer service for a refund but customer service Caitlin just quoted the returns policy and accused me of breaking it when trying it on as they “always check their stock before sending it off”. Styledup arent willing to issue a refund so have raise it to the bank as a scammer! BEWARE!

Absolutely terrible company so out of order the way they are treating customers, sent back a coat worth £55(paid extra £7 for sending it back) as it was too large but apart from that it wasn’t even the right coat! The one on the website had gold zips and details but the coat I received was all black, so I sent it back and still no refund they answered my first email but since then I have showed them proof of postage and that I know they received my order still no sign of a refund and blanking my emails. They have stolen money from me and are making money on the same item as I am sure they have re-sold it by now as I sent it back brand new. I am now in the process of taking this further than the company to get back my money and I hope other people in this same situation will do the same Avoid this company !!!!

My £60 coat stinks like fish I can't wash it as it's faux leather you would expect better at that price I've inboxed them on Facebook let's see if they reply!

This company is a joke. They sent me a coat that is smaller than a normal size 10 so it is not true yo size and I paid again yo return the item. Royal mail have shown proof it has been delivered but yet the company are saying they havnt received it and are refusing to give me back my money!
Stay well clear of this company!!!!

Wow I wish I had reviewed all the negative reviews before purchasing
I purchased a coat for my daughter, she only wore it 2 or 3 times and all the stitching on the shoulder came unstitched. Because it had been worn they weren’t interested. The coat can’t be worn at all now
