i was quite worried considering i ordered before seeing alot of bad reviews but my service was so good my parcel came within four days and the quality of my coat is beautiful.Considering alot of people are saying bad stuff i can assure u my experience was good but their mightve been bad .Lovely coat 💕

Awful company!!! I would avoid and would never recommend.

I was sent a faulty coat and had to pay for this to be returned so although I received my refund I was out of pocket by almost £5 for returning this item. The quality of the coat was cheap and clearly not made to last as the zip was broken off and the customer service is appalling as they lack a fair service.

Returned an item months ago and had nothing back. Contacted multiple times and just been ignored. £80 down on a coat. Ridiculous, had something of there before and was fine. Wish I’d seen the reviews as seems like you can’t return anything. Going through the bank now.

They took money from account delivered two out of three items as they said one was out of stock then did not refund and are now refusing to refund so technically they have stole from me never ever shop with them would leave 0 starts if I could 1 star is even to be generous

Poor quality coat! Brought less than 2 weeks ago and the stitching on the inside arm has completely split. Company refuse to replace. Avoid buying if you want something to last more then 3x wear.

Had a coat for 2 months and the stitching came apart. I contacted them and they said to return. I sent it back and now they're saying they won't exchange or refund because it's after 14 days! Won't give me the complaints procedure or help at all other than send a poor quality item back that cost £69.99!

From my experience all the 1* reviews are a very accurate reflection of this cowboy company.

I ordered a coat on 19th November (so nearly a month ago now) and as I write this on the 9th December, the coat still hasn't arrived. Royal Mail tracking for the item indicates it was sent 48 hours tracked delivery, meaning it should have been received on or around the 21st.

The tracking has not moved since the 20th, so for most people with an IQ in double figures, (to be several weeks later and still no sign of the coat) , I think they would understand that it's been lost somewhere by Royal Mail.

At first, even though it was before black friday, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 8/9 days after I ordered to contact them, I asked for a replacement. "Caitlin" in customer services claimed that despite RM tracking clearly stating 48 hour delivery on the 19th November, it was still "within the time frame", I then sent her proof of the RM tracking followed by ANOTHER further e-mail, which was just ignored.

Last weekend, I became sick of waiting and sent an e-mail just to ask for a full refund. It is absolutely anger inducing that "Caitlin" has once again replied this morning "I am going to contact the courier."

The website has some lovely things, I was planning to make a big order in the new year when I have more spare cash but unfortunately from my experience, It's pot luck whether you'll actually ever receive your order then have to go on a wild goose chase where you'll be largely ignored for weeks just to get your money back.

AVOID!!! No refund for faulty goods my coat was 4 weeks old and all the stitching came away no refund not interested id advise reporting to trading standards

This site/company is awful. I will never use again. Ordered a coat which was to small payed £6 to send back ordered the same coat in a medium and it came faulty the material is ripped open inside the arm, I’ve contacted them numerous times to no reply no refund on the 1st coat which they have received and no advise on what to do with the faulty coat as why should I pay to send back a faulty coat which now means they will charge me for it as 14 day policy and will pretend they never received my email 😤never will I use this site ever again!!!! Customer service is appalling

DO NOT ORDER!! i just spent 70£ for a bubble fur coat for them to send it to the wrong address and won’t get back to me. i’ve emailed 6 times with my order number i’ve had no response and no refund such a scam

Absolute con! Purchased some trousers for £10.00 plus postage of £5.99 and they did arrive pretty fast no complaints there. The trousers were too big so returned them having to pay the postage myself of £4.00 I received an email confirming that they had received the trousers and were issuing a refund minus £5.99 for postage!!! So all in all I’ve paid £10 for absolutely nothing!! I have emailed in regards to this and of course haven’t had a response. Absolutely shocking!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I bought a coat for my daughter, not a cheap one either, beginning of September. She has worn it 3 times and the stitching on the sleeve has come undone and found a hole in the pocket. When I explained this, basically couldn't care less because they don't accept damaged/used goods and has to be returned within 14 days. I told them I was disappointed that this shouldn't of even happened, it's brand new and not received a reply since. Funnily enough I can't see any reviews or write a review on their website.

Absolutely horrid experience. Coat arrived ripped and they were awful on the comms for refund and would not commit to paying for the return. The costumer service was appalling, really did not care and try to look after this, instead implied the rip was very small so they would give 20% refund. Rude and unprofessional

Don’t ever order from this company !!!! My parcel was genuinely stolen from outside my house. This company didn’t even try to help me. They blamed me for not being at home to take my parcel in. So being blamed for it being stolen and refused to help further. After I always order from here I never will again !!! Scammers !!!

Absolutely appalling (if not illegal) returns policy. Bought a coat for daughter's birthday, she tried it on and found enormous gaping hole in pocket. Went to return it and found 14 days from delivery policy. (It had been waiting wrapped up for that length of time). Emailed company saying it was damaged and not worn, reply came saying "as per our returns policy no refund".

My daughter wanted a coat, she advised the company and for some reason I never checked out the reviews before ordering.

I wish I did, Reviews are absolutely shocking, 82% voting one star. We ordered on Tuesday expecting next day delivery. Wednesday never arrived, Thursday never arrived. There is no phone number to speak to anyone, we went through their website to submit our request, three times, guess what, not one reply. DO NOT USE

So, I accidentally ordered 2 coats. I returned one the same day it arrived tracked and signed for and I checked Royal Mail and few days later it had been signed for. The website states to allow 14 days to process a refund so I waited but unfortunately between then and now I have mislaid my proof of posting, which yes - was stupid of me! Anyway - 3 weeks after they received it I've still not had my money back so I'm £60 down. I'll never use this company again - it all seems a very low rent set up. Which is a shame because the coat was actually really nice and good quality so I would have used them again.

I seen the reviews and it made me nervous.. but I went with my gut and I’m so glad I did!! I ordered on Saturday the 21st my coat was here Wednesday morning on the 25th all of 3 days!! 👏🏼😍❤️ wow!! The new black winter coat with fur hood and waist buckle is absolutely out this world!!
Ladies if you’re “thinking” about getting this coat.. then don’t think for another second ✨ORDER IT” ✨ this is such a beautiful piece and makes you look so flattering 😍🔥👏 ladies don’t think.. JUST GET IT! Treat yourself.. even if it isn’t a coat… treat yourself we deserve it once in a while
