Style My Wall Avis 

We purchased an A0 print of 'La Dolce Vita Poolside Party Retro Print'. Upon receiving it, it was clearly AI generated and to a very poor standard. It has all the obvious signs of AI art - objects are warped and blur together, unnatural textures and details that make no sense. It looks nothing like the image displayed on the website. Nowhere did it state the use of AI which is completely misleading.

We contacted the customer service requesting a refund, to which they refuse each time. They also do not confirm or deny their clear use of AI, conveniently leaving out the topic in all of their responses. Horrible experience overall and would not recommend using this company to anyone. We are still stuck with the print sitting in the original packing, it looks so bad that it cannot be displayed.

I chose a personalised print in A1, black frame with a border- it’s stunning, really clear and sharp, communication great through insta and quick delivery turn around. Thankyou

My shipment arrived with scratches on the product. On reviewing i was not happy with the product. I'll give them credit that they did refund completely. Maybe buy the freight insurance like i did if you are concerned. Read the reviews and do your homework.

I recently bought a print and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The packaging for delivery was amazing. The care that had gone into making sure that the artwork wasn't damaged during transportation was faultless. Yesterday I received 3 more prints and the quality was again exceptional, I couldn't be happier and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone wanting to purchase a beautiful print. I had some issues with the print that I received. I was contacted by the team and a lot of time and energy has been put into helping me get a product I am happy with. I would shop from them again but maybe stick to products that are either clearly established art pieces or more stylised pieces as I believe some of the works are not of as high a quality as others.

I have ordered prints from Style My Wall now on 2 separate occasions and both times I’ve been thrilled with the product. In one instance I selected a print from the online range, and in the second instance I used a photo of mine from a holiday in New Zealand which looks amazing. Both arrived on time and I was kept up to date regarding delivery. I’ll definitely use Style My Wall again and I’ve recommended them to friends.

Ordered 5th May. Will be surprised if it arrives by 5th June. Should open a book as that would be the only amusing thing about this company.

We are so happy with our 2 prints! The quality is excellent, the colours look great, and they arrived exactly as we expected. It has really brightened up our outdoor bar area. Would happily order again!

Really professional platform. Super responsive.

I am an artist working with Style My Wall. Their team truly values creativity and makes the entire process smooth, professional, and enjoyable. From communication to production quality, everything was handled with care and attention to detail.

I ordered my pictures with a delivery time quoted as 5-7 days and it is 3 weeks later and I have not received my order. The customer service email is useless - I have had 2 x replies both clearly AI generated as they are the exact same wording and do not actually follow through on what they say they will do in the reply message. So it appears this company does not truly invest in customer service or genuinely care about customers and the importance of open, honest and transparent communication. My purchases were for gifts so I am left without having received these in time which is incredibly disappointing. And at this point I have no confirmation of when I can expect delivery of my order. I feel this is appalling service and demonstrates a lack of integrity, care and commitment to customers, highlighting significant lack of values of the business. I was initially keen to support an Australian business, however, I will not use this company again and will not recommend them to family or friends.
