Very helpful customer service (CS) - the first fridge was faulty but CS immediately arranged for a replacement. DPD unfortunately let them down on the arranged pick up time but this was quickly resolved by CS and we now have the replacement which we are very happy with - thanks

Delivery was fast. Great little fridge. Use it to put my face products in. And maybe cans of pop. Keeps face products nice and cold,it's what you need in the hot weather. Very happy with the fridge.

Products are as described
Ordered a SubCold small fridge 85L for a home bar after 2 returned orders for a COMFEE home bar fridge from Amazon, which both turned up severely damaged.
SubCold was delivered quickly and on the date they quoted, well packed and in perfect condition, looks smart and works as described, pretty quiet and works well, temperature easy to alter and control.
Can't fault them and would recommend them.

Product description is misleading
The Vino12 was advertised with a temperature range of 5°C–18°C, but I was disappointed to discover that temperatures above ambient room temperature cannot be achieved. I could not find this limitation clearly stated in the product description for a customer to make a more informed decision. I also found that the unit did not reach the lowest advertised temperature. My biggest frustration was the customer service response, which repeatedly explained how wine coolers work rather than addressing my concern about the product description being misleading . I ultimately returned the item at my own expense.

As explained by our team, this model is a wine cooler, not a warming unit, so it can cool down but cannot heat above the surrounding room temperature. The 5°C–18°C range refers to the adjustable cooling settings only

Absolutely love them which is why I purchased two. They hold so much, are brilliant to keep cold in the car then swap to our caravan. They are so lovely looking, I have two Hexagon matching ones, they’re beautiful and the leather handle on the top is beautiful. I have very little strength and I can lift them empty. They really are absolutely top quality. Absolutely delighted First class customer service 👌
