It should be zero stars. Avoid like the plague. Order never arrived, complained, replacement never sent as no tracking number issued. Complained again insisting on a refund and reminding seller if statutory obligations. Received a snotty reply stating he runs the business in his spare time and is too busy. Told it will take 10 days to refund the money. This person should not be in business. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Been ordering from this company for years and now a new order is late. Saying they have a backlog but couldn’t be bothered to tell me until I asked. Now they are ignoring my emails, still no order and they have taken my money.

Will pursue via trading standards now

Dior Homme. Perfect 10ml size rather than spending 70 quid on 50ml
Oh yeah, the eau de toilette is far nicer than the parfum intense.

I have made 2 orders (4 samples in total) from Subscents.
The 1st order (Gucci & Givenchy) - perfect.
The 2nd order (Creed & Paco Rabanne) - hmm the Creed does not have a strong scent at all.. is the original like this I don't know, or had this sample been watered down?
Not happy with thr Creed especially as it was the dearest too.

Very good perfume

Its great to be able to try out some expensive perfumes without breaking the bank. Great customer service, I was emailed to let me know they were waiting for stock on the one I wanted. Was offered a refund or double the order for no extra charge. Took the extra free perfume much appreciated thank you!

It’s great being able to try out fragrances before investing in full bottles. I’ve bought “blind” 4 times now and ended up giving away the fragrances as they’ve been truly horrible on my skin. Having subscents means that I’ve found a couple that suit me! Thanks

Beautiful samples, I ordered a MFK Silk mood extrait and it smells exactly like my 70ml bottle. I purchased this sample because I was sceptical of my 70ml bottle but this sample from subscents put my mind at ease. Superb, 100% authentic sample. Shipping was fast too. Overall very happy

Absolutely love my larger sample of Dior Oud Isaphan would love the full size, but unfortunately out of my price range 😊
