Thiefs. Never received what I paid for

DOES THIS COMPANY ACTUALLY EXIST?? IS IT BOGUS??!!
Order placed weeks ago, IMPORTANT. a gift for someone special.
Money taken, order didn’t arrive. Sent emails, left voicemail on phone no that no one ever answers.I FEAR I WILL NEVER GET THE PERFUME I ORDERED, NOR A REFUND
disgusting lack of service.
ANYONE ELSE HAD SAME PROBLEM??

Oh dear, I too have been caught by this rogue company.
And I thought I was quite savvy...obviously not!
The website looks smart, functions well and all seems above board.
Placed order, money charged to my card instantly...and then nothing!
No response to emails. Telephone just rings and then voicemail.
I am pissed off to say the least.
People that setup and run these sort of scam sites need to be hunted down and locked up.

I thought i had been scammed, but i received my sample roughly a month after ordering - poor delivery times but the overall product is great, and i'd like to apologise for the rough review i gave beforehand

Thankfully only sent for two samples as haven’t arrived ! A scam. No reply to emails
What ever you do. Don’t buy anything from them !!!

Ordered from them, nothing turned up luckily used PayPal and got a refund checked my bank account and they had setup a direct debit using a fake PayPal account for the same amount of money that I had used to purchase aftershave so if you have bought from them CHECK your bank account,as this was for every six months.

I had previously given a 1* after 3 weeks of no communication or receiving any product, although 4 weeks later my perfume sample has arrived and no complaints with the actual product.

Ordered end of Feb 22. As of 7th May no goods, no refund, no communication (or replies to my chase ups) no answer on the phone. Depending on how much you spent, small claims court costs £35 and they may have to reimburse that as well as initial purchase price and interest.

Absolutely shocking company - ordered in March- it’s now May and no sign of delivery. Do not use

As with everyone else NO delivery of two ordered. Wish I’d read these reviews first.
No reply to any email. Tracking code given not recognised by Royal Mail. This is A TOTAL SCAM. Disgusting. Reported to training standards
As with others claimed through PayPal and INSTANTLY refunded

They are thieves. Please stay away from them.

Ordered a sample perfume for £13.50 nearly 2 months ago, money taken from my account straight away but have I received my purchase… of course not.this is a scam, they don’t reply to emails or refund your money, they just ignore you, Subscents want prosecuting for theft

As with all the other reviews I paid my money but never received the item. I also have tried contacting them via email, several times, nothing, and the phone number they have provided - well yes you guessed it it doesn’t work! Clearly just a scam, will not make the mistake of purchasing without going to Trustpilot first. Don’t waste your money!

Should’ve read the reviews first. Ordered product. Never received product. Don’t answer emails. Don’t pick up the phone. AVOID.

I wish I’d read these reviews sooner, I’ve never received the item I ordered and they ignored my multiple emails asking for a refund. AVOID this company at all costs!!

Never received item, ordered a month ago, they supposedly dispatched it 2 weeks ago and still not received. Took them 2 weeks to dispatch which is what they say. Any a month later and nothing.

I believe this is probably a scam as suggested in other reviews..money taken straight away but no products have arrived .The company does not respond to emails but sent one over a week ago saying the products were on their way and should be delivered next day..needless to say nothing has arrived..have been asked to review my order even though it has never arrived. Would give this no stars but not possible on this site.

Awful company!
Have ordered two samples costing over £30 almost a month ago and I’ve received nothing!! Customer services have ignored my emails. Absolute thieves !!!

Ordered 2 weeks ago, received nothing. Emailed them twice, no response , called them no answer!

Ordered close to a month ago now and still not received item. I received a shipping notification which I believe is fake.
