Suffolk Water Park Avis 11

I am completely baffled by the fact that NO dogs are allowed anywhere on the park! Wake up people…it’s not like we were asking to fish or walk round the lakes or go into the cafe ..we wanted to sit outside and partake of breakfast!! But no .. what stupid idiot decided dogs are not allowed…?? I used to go there for breakfast once in a while ..but not anymore.. they need to get with the times ..they re missing out on a lot of revenue….

Properly run. Quality fish. Lots of room in most swims. Food , tackle , bait showers and toilets all on secure site

What can I say about Suffolk water park, well I’ve been fishing here for over 20 years abet with a few breaks in between but over the years I’ve seen the big fish lake mature into a very fine and beautiful lake. The lake has numerous good features including gravel bars, weed beds and far margins etc. The big fish lake holds a very good head of fish with some very large carp, many of the more distinctive fish have earned themselves names and are know as the “A team” Location is the key on this lake if you get it wrong you will have a hard time but if get it right and if you are on the fish they can be very catchable and if you fish well you can land a few or more. I cannot recommend Suffolk water park enough the staff are all so hardworking and helpful, the facilities are excellent with a cafe on site, tackle shop, shower and toilets. The best part is you always feel very secure and safe fishing here. The complex has various other lakes which I can’t comment on as I’ve never fished these but for the enthusiastic carp angler looking to catch their first 30lb plus carp the big fish lake at Suffolk water park is well worth a look. 5 stars from me! Suffolk Water Park is an outstanding venue. Lakes on the complex to suit every type of angler. Well maintained, well run and fish care a priority. All the staff are knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Well priced, secure and accessible. Sensible rules and stunning carp. Been fishing here for the past 5 years and it’s been great. Plenty of lifelong friends made and a great atmosphere amount the anglers

Can’t recommend enough! Great Lake, Great fish, Friendly and knowledgeable staff that know the lake inside out. The facilities are clean and the shop is full of essentials if doing a long trip.

Each year Suffolk water park help abiteoutofcancer a charity that raises money for cancer research uk , over the last few years they have helped raise around £10,000 for abiteoutofcancer and help run the Keith and Ray memorial match where fishing stalls and fishermen women come and take part.

You want a Great Lake this is the place

Absolutely love fishing at Suffolk water park, the swims are well maintained, the fish well cared for and the staff are so friendly and helpful. There’s a variety off lakes which cater for all including kids.

We’ve been to SWP a couple of times and fished the main lake and Jacobs’s creek and had a fantastic experience on both occasions. The lakes are very well looked after, clean and tidy with fantastic facilities. The staff are very helpful and friendly both in person and over the phone. Would highly recommend a visit for your chance to catch one of the lovely fish that reside in one of the many lakes on site 👌🎣

Amazing customer service. Very friendly and affordable for both day, night and 24 hour fishing. A great range of lakes to choose from and a good range of species within the lakes too. Perfect for any stage of fishing whether that being beginning or we'll know anglers

In my opinion, the best run carp day ticket lake in the country. I travel from County Durham, so regularly, that I’m becoming a regular.
Friendly locals , and I’ve made some brilliant friends .
