I first ordered the course and I was very impressed. It contains a lot of valuable information and everything is explained clearly. What I also really appreciated is that they are available to guide you if you need extra help. I was a bit skeptical at first, but in the end I am more than satisfied.
After that, I ordered some products. The delivery took a little longer than I expected, but I chose standard shipping myself, so that was understandable. When the products arrived, the quality was far above my expectations. I am extremely happy with everything and would definitely recommend this company.

Ordine fatto il 17 dicembre 2025, a oggi 13 gennaio 2026, continuano a fornirmi il numero di tracking, dicendo che è stato fatto un tentativo, ma la cosa non è possibile perché l’indirizzo di consegna è aperto sette giorni su sette, dalle sette del mattino alle 10 di sera. Mi hanno detto di andare a cercare nell’ufficio postale, ma non dicono quale. Si possono contattare solo via mail e via chat, sono rimasta in chat con loro 45 minuti senza ottenere risposte concrete. Lenti, disorganizzati, non lo consiglio assolutamente. Naturalmente mi attivo per avere il reso dei soldi. Esperienza orrenda. Per essere precisi, descrivo ancora meglio cosa sta succedendo: ho dovuto contattare personalmente io le poste e mi hanno detto che il tipo di spedizione che fanno non è rintracciabile. La persona con cui ero in contatto ieri sulla chat, è stata molto gentile, ma purtroppo non ho potuto risolvere il problema,mi ha detto che ci vorranno 14 giorni per capire che cosa è successo al pacco. Sempre che questo sia possibile. Non ho aggiunto terze parti e non ho coinvolto nessun altro. È falso, l’unica cosa che vi ho detto è che mi assicuro di ricevere un messaggio quando il pacco arriva all’indirizzo di destinazione. Questo non c’entra niente con la vostra spedizione. Aggiornamento Del 19 febbraio 2026: la situazione non è ancora stata risolta. Ho avuto conferma da loro stessi, che hanno scritto male l’indirizzo di consegna, problema ancora aperto.Confermo la pessima esperienza.

ci dispiace sinceramente che la tua esperienza non sia stata positiva e comprendiamo la frustrazione che una situazione del genere può causare.
Tuttavia, desideriamo fornire alcuni chiarimenti importanti per completezza e trasparenza.
L’ordine è stato effettuato il 17 dicembre con spedizione standard internazionale, in un periodo in cui, a causa delle festività, possono purtroppo verificarsi rallentamenti logistici. Secondo il nostro sistema di spedizione ufficiale, il pacco risulta consegnato in data 5 gennaio. Questa informazione è confermata da più sistemi di tracciamento ufficiali e indipendenti.
Durante la conversazione ci hai inoltre indicato di aver acquistato un numero di tracking aggiuntivo tramite una terza parte, che secondo te dovrebbe essere collegato al nostro tracking, con l’obiettivo di avere una garanzia aggiuntiva contro eventuali smarrimenti. Desideriamo chiarire che questo tipo di servizio esterno non fa parte del nostro processo di spedizione e non rientra in alcun modo nella nostra responsabilità. Più volte abbiamo chiesto tramite quale servizio di terze parti questo tracking sia stato acquistato, senza ricevere informazioni in merito.
Il nostro numero di tracking ufficiale indica che il pacco è stato consegnato, mentre il tracking esterno da te acquistato riporta informazioni diverse. Noi non abbiamo alcun controllo né responsabilità su servizi di tracking acquistati separatamente presso terzi e possiamo fare riferimento esclusivamente ai nostri dati di spedizione ufficiali.
Segnaliamo inoltre che come indirizzo di consegna è stata indicata una tabaccheria, che non è un punto di ritiro postale ufficiale con cui collaboriamo. La spedizione è stata effettuata esattamente all’indirizzo fornito al momento dell’ordine.
Durante la chat il nostro team ha risposto in tempi brevi, ha fornito tutte le informazioni disponibili e ha avviato un’indagine formale con il corriere. È corretto che tali indagini possano richiedere fino a circa 14 giorni, poiché dipendono dalle tempistiche del vettore.
Ci dispiace che questa situazione non abbia soddisfatto le tue aspettative. Restiamo disponibili a fornire aggiornamenti non appena riceveremo ulteriori informazioni dall’indagine in corso.

Sugar Browed is echt een aanrader om mee samen te werken. Ik begrijp niet waarom er negatief wordt gesproken over het bedrijf danwel de service. De service is subliem. De cursus is super duidelijk en fijn om te volgen. De behandeling slaat erg goed aan in mijn salon en ben dankbaar dat ik deze uitvoer dankzij het team van SB!

Never Received the Course
I purchased an online brow extension course but was not provided with any information on how to access the course. I contacted the seller multiple times via email and Instagram DM but received no response or support. As a paying customer, this was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing, as I did not receive access to the course I paid for.

According to our system, you do have active access to your course account. Immediately after purchase, an automatic email is sent with confirmation and clear instructions on how to access the course. In some cases, this email may end up in the spam or junk folder.

Hele slechte service
Hele slechte service. Had vorig jaar een bestelling geplaatst meer dan 4 weken op moeten wachten. Kan een keer gebeuren maar ook de communicatie is enorm slecht. Als je een mail stuurt wordt er pas weken later gereageerd. Ik had 2 maanden geleden nog een bestelling geplaatst, een potje lijm. Inmiddels alweer gemaild en wederom duurde het weer een aantal weken voordat Yasemin antwoord, ze beloofde de week erop dat de bestelling bij mij zou zijn. We zijn inmiddels weer 4 weken verder en nog steeds geen bestelling ontvangen. Gelukkig had ik het deze keer met Klarna gedaan. Heb een klacht ingediend bij Klarna, en Yasemin maar weer een mail gestuurd met de vraag of ze mijn bestelling wil annuleren, want ik ben hier wel klaar mee. Zo kun je geen webshop runnen als je, je afspraken niet na kunt komen.
Beter hier niks te bestellen!

The kit arrived super fast with DHL express. I was actually surprised how quick it came. Shipping was a bit pricey, but honestly worth it for how fast it got here.
