I've placed an order with ease but no communication on delivery, no reply to emails when I have raised concerns or chat function on site. I am concerned this is a SCAM and I've lost my money. In a digital age where there are so many options on where to purchase and great communication from on line retailers this has been the worst I have ever experienced.

I ordered a dress from this company a few weeks ago and had not received the item nor did I hear from them. Tried to contact them on many occasions with no success. Thanks God I purchased with American Express and they have me my monies back but this company is literally a fraud

I WAS CONTACTED BY THE OWNER WHOM HAS HAD MANY WEBSITE PROBLEMS WITH THERE NEW SITE AND WAS SO APOLOGETIC, SHE SAID SHE WOULD DESPATCH MY ORDER STRAIGHT AWAY WHICH I RECIEVED. AND THE JACKET IS FABULOUS I LOVE IT THE FIT THE QUALITY AND DETAIL IS AMAZING - I WILL DEFINATELY BE ORDERING AGAIN.

After ordering online and then reading the reviews I was expecting the items I ordered not to arrive but they have. Exactly what I ordered and in the expected delivery time. Very happy

I regret ordering from them , it’s been weeks since I’ve placed the order I didn’t receive anything yet the tracking number they’ve sent me after trying to contact them several times is not even going through anymore now I don’t know how to proceed if I want my money back ! Do not buy with them I wish I knew

My order never arrived! The status of my order is showing as delivered but I haven’t received anything and the company has ignored all of my efforts to contact them!

Where to start? I ordered a top and matching trousers on 17 March from them. Days later, still no email update from them as regards whether my order had been dispatched or not but my payment to them had gone through. I sent numerous emails to them and never received a reply so I contacted PayPal to obtain a refund. The day before PayPal would have resolved the case (and the fact that I had been scammed, paid for items of clothing and nothing had been sent out), I received a phone call from a mobile number. The lady on the phone said that she was from Suits and Tutus and was phoning to apologise and would be sending a refund. She also said that "as a goodwill gesture" the clothing had been sent out. I explained that I had ended up buying what would have been for the special occasion to wear, another outfit....and that I was extremely disappointed that I hadn't received the clothing which was for that special occasion. They really couldn't give a monkeys! They take your money, don't send out your order and think that we are all zipped up the back and won't contact our banks or PayPal to get a refund for goods which have not been sent. The goodwill gesture still hasn't arrived. No surprises there. Absolutely shambolic company. Buy nothing from these thieves.
I did get a refund today from PayPal. Never again will I order from that company.

I’m so happy I came across this company, it really was a god send for me because they had EXACTLY what I was looking for but had trouble finding prior to this company, a suit that made me feel confident and was not too over-bearing, but still quite casual. I would recommend ordering a few weeks in advance as to when you want it for but other than that this company is great, I really do reccommend!!

Terrible company! I ordered a suit which arrived 4 weeks later, returned for refund no response to calls or emails another 4 weeks, eventually had to get PayPal to refund (thank you PayPal)
My advice is steer clear!

PLEASE save yourself the hassle and don’t order from this company. The lack of customer service is poor. I’ve been now waiting on my refund for over 3 weeks now!!! No answer. Now having to take this through to PayPal

I ordered a dress in October 2021. I am writing this review on 16 February, and I've still not received the dress, nor have I received the refund.

I contacted the company - which was just a woman answering a mobile phone - and explained that I'd not had any notification of the order. She said 'oh, I can see you should actually get it on Friday' (which was the day after). Obviously, nothing ever arrived.

I've emailed twice requesting the £140 to be refunded. Many weeks later she emailed to say that I should receive the refund, but still...nothing.

I emailed a few days ago to chase and have yet to receive a response.

What a joke of a website and what a joke for customer service!

Absolute pleasure ordering from suits and tutus! The garments are absolutely beautiful and then team are on hand for any questions/queries you have with your order.

Would deffo order again!

Honestly if there is one company to buy a unique and standout outfit from its this one. I brought the High Low Tulle Party Dress and wore it for my wedding after party. I had so many compliments! Fit, colour, material and design is insane!!!

Singularly the worst retail experience possible and if I could give no stars I would in a heartbeat. Here are FIVE reasons you should avoid this website like the plague.

Firstly, the item never arrived! I was given a FAKE tracking number, and was repeatedly ignored when I requested updates and subsequently asked to cancel the order.

Secondly, the dress was FALSELY ADVERTISED on the website - after seeing their 'version' on Instagram I knew this "retailer" is at it.

Thirdly, I was finally given an authentic Royal Mail tracking number only for the item to be "UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED" and returned to sender because of "Incorrect address"! My address is correctly labelled on ALL correspondence. At it.

Fourthly, I ordered the dress on the 17th November 2021 with promise of it arriving before Christmas. It. Never. Arrived. I have asked countless times for a refund directly from Suits and Tutus only to be flagrantly ignored. Like no acknowledgement at all. It is now the 9th of February.

HERE IS MY ADVICE TO YOU if you are in a stalemate with this joke of a company: screenshot everything, save every piece of correspondence and MAKE A REFUND CLAIM with your BANK/CARD PROVIDER. Today marks the day I got my £153.98 back.

The quality of this brand is insane!! The items of clothing are so worth the money, and they are literally so flattering. The owner of the brand is so lovely and attentive when I messaged with questions I had super fast replies about any concerns or delivery options etc, My Birthday dress was stunning I felt a million dollars and I had SO many compliments. I will definitely be shopping from here again. Amazing quality clothing brand! 100% recommend! Thank you x

I had to chase the item numerous times and eventually raise a payment dispute with the card provider before they sent the goods. Goods were ok, but business absolutely shocking. Not one single reply to queries.
