Absolutely terrible, false advertising their products are nothing like advertised, fairy was not the one I ordered, and the one that arrived was poorly packaged and damaged and not at all like the pictures. They don't deserve 1 star, customer service is rubbish total rip off please dont buy from this company.

I bought a fairy sculpture and what I received was a different product which was damaged. The product was a similar design but was of very poor quality and not as pictured on their website. They had used images from the website of an artist with superior workmanship. I emailed them on many occasions and each reply was very curt and offered no apology but just to send it back to a Mexico address. After several weeks I reported the matter to PayPal who gave me a full refund immediately. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I would have given them a minus 10 if that was possible.

I purchased a Sunailoom Unique and Magical Metal Windmill for my wife as a Christmas present. Naturally, I waited until spring (April) to put it in my garden. Within 2 weeks the windmill started rusting, and last week when I went to pick it up, the top windmill separated from the shaft. I believe that this item was defective.
I have been in contact with their Customer Support team, trying to resolve this issue, but it seems like they are stalling. They made me send pix, and order #, which I did, then they asked me under 2 emails if I wanted to return the item. I replied twice that if they provide a shipping label at no cost to me, I would return it, although why they would want that broken rusted item back is beyond me. I'm thinking they use the customer-paid return shipping as a pretext to keep customers from following through. I'm still waiting on their response.

One star is being very generous. Just wish i had read reviews before ordering. Agree with everything said previously. No tracking , saying coming from another country, awful product 'orthopedic 'sandles haha. Cheap product worth less than £1! Doesnt even have a strap long enough to go round your ankle. And of course no response at all for a refund toatally fed up of these scammers 3rd time this year! Where is buyers protection?

Do not buy from this company. My order took for ever to come the tracking number didn’t work and the link they sent to help track my package wanted my card details!
They sent the wrong item then expected me to pay to return the item. Rubbish

Zero stars, scam firm, why do instagram and Facebook allow them to be on their sites?

One star is being generous! Ordered 2 dancing, spinning fairies for the garden. They took ages to get here, the tracking number they sent didn’t work, and each time I contacted customer service they just sent the same number again, with no additional text! They arrived today and they have sent the wrong items. The quality is abysmal and a hurricane wouldn’t make these fairies dance. They bare no resemblance to the pictures shown on Pinterest. It’s not worth the money or hassle in sending them back so lesson learned, check out the company reviews before you buy. Shame on Pinterest for continuing to support a company with such dreadful reviews!

Very very very bad keep away from buy anything from this place. They send you wrong item quality very very poor. Also very bad customer service stay away stay away stay away. I’ve lost £37

I have received a pair of blue summer sandals I ordered from sunailoom. When I received them they were smaller than the size I ordered. I contacted them a couple of times. Even sent a photo. Came back reply from them do you want to return it. There was no customer service response from them. I would have expected better. And no reply after my return message to them.

I have spent over 6 months contacting the customer service team at Sunailoom to chase up where my items are, I have even spoken to the Manager, I have still not received them.

THEY HAVE STOLEN £70 FROM ME

I made a purchase with Sunialoom and they sent me the wrong item. I ask them to pay for shipping, but they would not. So, in order to return it, I had to pay for the international shipping to send it back. It's not worth it on a $42 item, but I will never order from them again. Buyer beware!

SCAMMERS! I bought some creams Feb ‘22 and have been trying to return them-it is now May. First they want photos, then order info,blah blah. I wanted to return the eyebag cream because IT DOES NOT WORK.
Infuriating!!! They deserve 0 stars.

I ordered two things. The second never came. There is no response from the company. Stay away unless you feel like deliberately throwing your money away.

I ordered one of the SUNALOOM products in late February 2022 It was an Unique And Magical Metal Windmill controlled by the wind. For $53.00, I thought it should have been larger and better made. It was built with flimsy metal and did NOT even work for a month. I emailed the company but their return policy has to have the ORIGINAL BOX and must be shipped to SPAIN?!? I would prefer they repair or replace it, but they will not respond back, except to offer other inferior products at a discount While SUPPOSEDLY for outdoors, it has also started rusting along the edges, in under 45 days being outside

If I could give a 0 I would.Bought for Christmas gifts. They don’t do anything in wind, short of hurricane force and by July are totally rusted.

LIKE OTHERS DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! order fairy Sculpture got a fake poor quality made by a company in China. They use images from a genuine English sculpture showing his designs so a complete fraudulent advert

This company is a sham. Incredibly shoddy products, buyer beware. You cannot return anything unless you ship it back to …. Spain! Except they advertise as made in America and it is shipped from NY. Complete and total rip-off. Worst company ever.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC about this company and am exploring a class action law suit against this company for fraud and false advertising.
