Called for ETA as delivery was delayed due to supplier issue, sunbelt raised a complaint and went above and beyond to sort out the problem. Was offered a replacement product which was more expensive but they waived the extra cost. Delivered next day. Not once did i feel as though i was being fobbed off in fact it was pleasant change not to listen to excuses, 5 🌟 service all round. I will be returning to do more business in the near future 😃
