SHOP ELSEWHERE

Ordered an expensive transformer stainless steel wifi enabled unit for one of my clients. Turns out it did not have wifi even though the product page said it did and had a video explaining how to use it. No other options or upgrades to get a wifi, customer service said the wifi description shouldnt have been there.

Client said it was turning on/off.

I called customer service and they said yes they have been having problems with those (but they still sent it out?) and they suggested a plugin which has nothing to do with the problem and would require my client to download a diff app to control the plugin so when transformer turned off and malfunctioned they could turn it back on with separate plugin cord.

RIDICULOUS solution.
Not helpful.

The products did not perform well

The products did not perform well. The power supply had issues, the kit was 3 years old, and the lights program was not functioning. While customer service did respond to my calls, the solutions were not timely.

We tried providing a solution for you but I'm not sure what you mean by the kit was 3 years old as you just purchased it last month. Purchased 2 outdoor lamps that both arrived previously USED. One arrived with 2 stripped wires and the other had cauking on it. Submitted 2 color photos after paying electrician to install the system. Submitted photos and received a RMA for return of two units. Rather than wait for replacement they had me purchase an additional 2 more units and wait for credit. Low and behold I ship the 2 units back and they have the nerve to credit only one after they agreed on the RMA #7USWWPNF to accept both. The arrogance of this company to go back on their word is absolutely appalling to say they arrived USED is disgusting. As they sent us USED landscape lights to begin with. Best advice is to avoid this company at all costs as they are abusive in business dealings and do not honor their word whatsoever. Shop elsewhere!!!

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. Out of my order of 8 , there was one light fixture not operable. I left 2 VM as I am on EST, and sent 2 emails. No one ever returned my communication. Today, I contacted customer service and spoke with a person by the name of Chase. He was extremely condescending- stating that it was very unusual for them not to return communication and that it was usually his boss that did. He did not own or apologize for my inconvenience and stated he found this to be very curious. That they never have any complaints about this brand of light fixture. I simply asked for a replacement and he stated snd I quote that I would need to pay for the return shipping and that they would evaluate whether it was working or not snd then snd only then would they send a replacement…worst customer service of any online product and the fact that they never returned my initial communication is unacceptable. I have 1 light out of 8 not working. This is why customers shop directly with Amazon because returning a product or getting a replacement is effortless. I have to pay for the return, and was told to read their policy. I ordered my lights on 9/27…called and emailed in middle of October and now it is 11/14. Less than 45 days and Chase from customer service not only was not helpful, but hung up on me.
