I received the wrong product. I returned it according to instructions given. After almost a month I received an e mail today stating I'm getting a refund. What happened to the product I ordered?

The service and shipping was great. Regarding the product I chose black to go with our other fixtures. The finish is matte black which marks easily I wish I would have known this beforehand

Great Customer service
The products Sun Bright sold me are exactly as advertised and high quality. They came on time and properly packed. Even though 1 of 12 of the lights was defective their customer service replaced it without a problem.

Wrong fulfillment of colors outdated…
Wrong fulfillment of colors outdated spots that are not in production anymore. Got an old batch, wrong sticks that does not match the spots.

Excellent items that I purchased
Excellent items that I purchased. Came to me quickly and was perfect for my backyard around pool. Use a lifepo4 12 volt battery and they are amazing lights.

Great service. Understand the business and the customer. My conversation and their action for an issue with receiving the wrong product and the return were immediate, without hesitation and flawless. I would go back to them in a heartbeat!!!

Perfect closet rod solution
the product was as described and just what I needed. Only half of the original order was initially delivered, but after reaching out to the company and explaining the error, they were quick to correct it. The person I talked to was polite and extremely helpful.

I ordered lights that said they were in…
I ordered lights that said they were in stock but was emailed that the were out of stock and then I select an alternate that’s said it was in stock but those weren’t in stock either. The site needs to have a better way of showing available inventory so I don’t give you my money for things that you don’t have. I do appreciate that you refunded my money but now left with nothing to show for the waste of time looking at your web site. I’ll never shop here again simply because I don’t know what I’ll be able to receive once my order is placed

We're very sorry for the inconvenience. Our website had some technical issues where it wasn't updating the inventory accordingly and it needed to get fixed in the back end but all is good now. In the future you may always call us directly as well to make sure your order is good to go before placing it but the systems inventory is now fixed and working properly for future use.
Please work on less packaging
Please work on less packaging. Pretty large box for five little 2” tall boxes for patio light bulbs. Website was easy to use when I wasn’t exactly sure of the product I needed. The detail you gave allowed me to make the correct choice.

For light bulbs, its really important for us to make sure the packaging is secured enough to make sure the bulbs do not break or get damaged in transit to ensure safe arrival. Misleading Product Information
Misleading product description listing. The item I purchased was described as Outdoor rated and sold as landscape lighting but when I received it, was for indoor use only. Customer service was not helpful.
