Hi! Couple of weeks before I purchased first time through online from Sunderban. I bought fish , vegetables and meat. Fish( Rohu) is really good . Vegetables are not up to mark. Meat contains more fat and less Flesh. I will be happy to order fish again and will try to explore other dishes which are available online. I will think twice to buy vegetables. Moreover, they are not able to deliver on date as they committed. Infact they took few more days to deliver .

First of all, thank you for ordering from our webshop. We truly value your trust in us.
Regarding the delayed delivery, as mentioned earlier, during the summer months, we do not dispatch perishable orders to avoid the risk of failed Saturday deliveries. We are, however, very sorry to learn that the vegetables did not meet your expectations. If you could let us know which specific vegetables were not up to the mark, we will be happy to make it up to you.
As for the mutton, we receive it from our supplier in sealed packets, and only on very rare occasions do we receive complaints. Most of our customers share positive feedback about its quality. Still, we take your concern seriously and will review this with our supplier.

Loved the delivery at home experience
The hilsa was very tasty, but since I am from Kolkata, it is not the best I ever had.
The hilsa egg packing can be bettered, too much water content.
Also i ordered one mango pickle and another tamarind pickle, but instead got two mango pickles. However, I have to say that they compensated by adding two fuze teas and one pffed rice mix, although I didn't really want them. :)

I selected the delivery date on Saturday because I would be home and it was convinent. But it was delivered early. Please can you make sure to keep the delivery date as mentioned in the order.

I received the product in good…
I received the product in good condition (comparatively) and earlier than the mentioned time. However, the only thing that could be improved is the chat box option; it is not humanized, so it did not respond as per my requirements. Additionally, my husband also tried to call the given number, but no one received the call.
