Hi! Couple of weeks before I purchased first time through online from Sunderban. I bought fish , vegetables and meat. Fish( Rohu) is really good . Vegetables are not up to mark. Meat contains more fat... Voir plus

We are an Indian-Bangladeshi grocery store in Den Haag, the Netherlands. Katla fish delivered was less than the…
Katla fish delivered was less than the asked quantity and also there was no tags where it says it's expiry. The quality of fish was not good as we have received in previous order.

Two of the items of my order were…
Two of the items of my order were expired. And two other are going to expire in October. I received my order in September, so those items are only good for use for a month. Kindly check the items' expiry before selling it. It's a very basic ask and I did not expect this to be the case.

First of all, thank you for your order at our webshop and our apologies for the late reply due to a technical error. We always try to check validity date before we send it to clients. But still, mistakes can be happen. Our apology again. If you got any date failed product you may call us directly and we will refund the value amountto you.
About the short validity, we can say that some product lose its validity more than half on the way from India to Europe, therefore those products don't have very long validity dates. Hope you understand our problem.

Bought many times from Sunderban. Only once was my order late and even on that occasion they communicated well with me. I can only recommend them! They have some great delicious products, and honestly using them makes me feel like I am back home (I am an expat). LOVE them! They have great products and excellent service

Denk dat de grote fles was uitverkocht vindt het geen probleem het was netjes ingepakt snelle bezorging

Delivery issue
The products went to Postnl on 15th July as per email confirmation and hasn't been delivered yet on 16th July 10PM. Whole day the status showed that it will be delivered on 16th July but it never arrived. It contains frozen items which I am sure would go bad by the time this package will arrive, if it does.
