We are an Indian-Bangladeshi grocery store in Den Haag, the Netherlands. Mismatch in bill and item recieved.
We ordered 2 hajmola, but receieved only 1. There is no payback as well. Bill shows 2 but in parcel its only 1.

Rceived literally rotten products.
One guava was badly rotten and the lady fingers were also rotten - had to throw them out.

The product quality was not good
The product quality was not good. Ordered Padma hilsa the most expensive category and got a crap that tastes very bad. So never will i buy from this shop anymore.

We got what we ordered for, we got free delivery at around 40 euros, it was timely, they also have their chamber of commerce number on their website.

We totally understand your disappointment about the delivery service. Sometimes it can happen for various reasons that your packet goes to a pickup point But every time not delivered to your home address means maybe some kind of error in your address. Please call once to postnl customer service number 088 8686868 to ask why it's happened repeatedly and file a complaint. We have done from our side already. Sometimes
litle personal contact with the local delivery man also helps.
