Horrible
Ive been making a payment higher than payment to be applied towards principle. somehow my principle is going up now and when i ask for payment history an unexpected error screen pops up. This place blame on the solar company for explaining thier loans which the solar company did a horrible job doing but then they cant even explain thier own loans. Its predatory lending in my opinion and Ive never felt taken advantage of like this in my life.

Price double
They are doubling the price of the monthly solar payment for no reason. When I ask them why, they literally don’t have a reason why. Customer service is horrendous.
