Sunnygarden Avis 

I ordered a large camo net from this company and received a tiny handkerchief size one instead for £60! It took months to arrive and then the infrastructure to return it is impossible. They come from china and take ages and get the order wrong. Do not waste your money using this company. Trying to get a refund and return is a nightmare.

I ordered Mospilan on September 11 and today is September 26 — I still haven’t received my order. I sent several emails but never got any response. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

I wish I had read the reviews I also thought it was shipping from the UK I ordered garden camo netting it came discoloured and in a ripped bag no where near the price I paid so not use this company

Please do not use this company, wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Waterproof jacket is of very poor quality, no labels inside the jacket of any kind, what a cheek advertising as a huge percentage of, it's not even worth what I paid! I'm disgusted also with customer service who have now not replied to any of my e mails. Absolute sham of a place. They don't mention either you have to pay for postage and when I questioned this was told its taxes from u.k. disgusting!

Like the product and the customer service is nice.

BUYER BEWARE. Ordered a rain jacket over 6 weeks ago. It has not been shipped out from UK as lead to believe but China!! I have tried emailing them but receive one of two emails. Firstly check the tracking number ( its written in Chinese) and the second email states' out of office hours'. I still haven't received my order, nor do I believe I will. This is a scam company and somehow should be taken down from advertising. I am going through my bank to try and retrieve my money back. Its nothing less than shameful

So, same as other people on here I ordered a waterproof jacket that was supposed to be excellent quality and the website being called sunnygarden.uk indicated they were a UK company so I thought it would be with me within the week.

I then got an email telling me that it had been shipped from USA. I contacted them and asked them why they were posing as a UK company and they gave me some rubbish about having warehouses in different countries. I had wanted the jacket for the following weekend so wasn't very happy.

Anyway it finally turned up 6 weeks later and it is cheap and nasty and creased up like a parachute. It looks like it is made of the same material as a 50p foldable happy shopper and I doubt it would protect you from a splash nevermind rain. So I contacted them and asked them where to send it to for a refund and they asked if I had checked the size chart and got the right size which I had but they said they therefore can't refund me.

I've emailed a few times stating that their website states they accept refunds if the item is unworn and in original packaging which this is and that they have to refund by law anyway for purchases online but they just keep sending the same generic email.

Please don't buy from them they are just liars and their products are bad quality as is the service.

Ordered a waterproof jacket via Facebook, wish I had checked reviews on here first. First noticed overcharged which they admitted was an error due to tax and would refund ASAP. No refund ever received. Finally received order three sizes too big and extremely flimsy, certainly not waterproof. Avoid this company. You are not dealing with a UK company.

Would not recommend this company. Order took over 4 weeks to arrive, quality abysmal and sizing way out. When I complaned I was told I had been sent what I ordered. No refund or chance to exchange (not that I would it was so awful). Also shipping from USA so dont be fooled it's a UK company. Terrible quality, and customer service.DO NOT USE

I ordered 3 items (via Facebook) one of which does not fit. I contacted Sunnygarden uk to return and refund, they say that as they sent the size I ordered I am not entitled to a refund - OH YES I AM. Check out CAB.org.uk. Funny, I never see their ads on FB anymore, I have been blocked!
Also check out The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. I am challenging Sunnygarden uk.

I ordered waterproof jacket via Facebook, size UK20. It took over a month to arrive. Unfortunately on receipt of the item the size was nowhere near a size 20, in fact you would be hard pushed for it to be a size 18. The quality of the product was also poor. In contacting the company via email I said that I was unhappy with what I received and asked to return item and receive a refund. The response I received asked me to provide photographic proof of packaging and labelling. I sent these and the response I received said that they had sent me what I had ordered and therefore I would not be allowed to return and receive refund. I am now left with a jacket that is totally useless that has cost me over £30. From my experience I would recommend that you avoid ordering from this company!

I ordered a waterproof jacket 4 weeks ago!! Item still has not arrived. I have emailed customer services asking where my jacket is and have been told it been dispatched. After 3 emails I was given a tracking number which told me it was on its way from China.. Stiil not arrived and I am being refused a refund. I will be contacting me credit card company. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a windproof and waterproof jacket after seeing it advertised on Facebook, took 3 weeks to arrive, the jacket is more well travelled than me! Advertised as £25.99 but £31.19 was taken (£5.20 VAT added) this has never happened before, they are blaming PayPal, PayPal have denied the claim. So today I opened my parcel and I am very disappointed, very flimsy, I don't think it will be waterproof probably not windproof either, the material doesn't look like that in the advert, the colour doesn't look the same so I've asked for a full refund but after reading these reviews I'm a bit doubtful, just wish I hadn't ordered it in the first place.

Ordered a jacket after I kept seeing it advertised via Facebook. Item arrived, unfortunately the quality was nowhere near the jacket featured in the advert. No way of getting a reply for a refund and would not order from them again.

I ordered from them and the size is not correct and now they said that according to their refund policy they can only replcae or refund if the item is defected.
Very disappointed.

Ordered two dresses. Took a couple of weeks to arrive. When I tried them on they were too tight across my chest so i emailed them to say I wanted to return them. They wanted a photo of my complaint so I said I wasnt taking a photo of my chest. They needed a code on the wrapper so I sent that. Apparently if I ordered the correct size which I did they should fit. And I couldn't return them. Very disappointed with their customer service. And I told them that. DONT ORDER from these people. Not in the UK by the pigeon english on their emails.
