Had to wait a little longer than usual for delivery but that is expected in the current climate. I was kept up to date via e-mail and received very prompt reply to my enquiries.

Would recommend to anyone
Had stock when everywhere else was running out (or had pending orders that were impossible to put a reserve on!). So buying immediately with Sunshine, just as stock was due in was great. Kept informed at all stages and speedy delivery especially considering the circumstances. Good/fast communication when I needed answers (However, never did get the spare part from Bestway - but had ordered it direct at the same time, so got it anyway). Would recommend to anyone - just one point, I have had to get all sorts of accessories and chemicals from numerous suppliers as Sunshine Pools does not have a comprehensive selection of add-ons (perhaps a missed opportunity since so good at customer service).

Brilliant
Brilliant, fast and efficient service.
So pleased with my pool, it has given me a place to be where I can work out the stresses of the day.
With the help of a rigged up tether I can now get my swim in each morning despite the closure of locals pools.
Its fabulous.
(If you could find a source for fold back covers for this pool it would be the icing on the cake.)

Great communication throughout
Even though the pool was out of stock at the time of our order we were given really clear information about when the pool was expected and kept up to date throughout our journey. Delivery was on time and without issue. For us everything met and exceeded expectations.

Bestway pool and filter pump
We purchased a Bestway pool with sand filter pump and within 12 hours of filling the pool, the filter pump started leaking from the bottom, so we had to disconnect it. We contacted Sunshine Pools and were told to get in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer then told us it could take up to 20 days for a response. We thought this was unacceptable, as the product was unusable. We then told Sunshine Pools this was not acceptable and they have a responsibility as the seller, to supply a fully working product. Eventually, we did receive a replacement filter pump, which is working perfectly.

Fabulous pool which suited our requirements and first class delivery. Presumed the pool would come with a basic chemical starter kit to get going with. Unfortunately had to order this separately
